The worst employees ever. Went in with my husband and there were 5 or soworkers just standing off to the side. Not one of them greeted us or tried to help at all. Pretty sure I heard one of them talking about us while we left too. She's lucky I had my daughter with me or I would have said something to her. Will never go there again unless they hire people with customer service experience rather than children who don't want to work.

Great prices went inside and got a good price on some Air Force ones and a great price on some Air Max 90s it seems like their prices are getting better than they were before so I will keep coming back!

The only ones in here and they can’t even figure out the right sizes. We’ve been waiting for over 45 minutes just to try a pair of shoes on… Service is horrible - employees are incompetent.

It is what it is -- a Footlocker with a great location in Santa Barbara. I don't normally post reviews for shoe stores, but one of their managers Alexia went above and beyond. She was super patient with my young kids and help me with shoe sizes. We are a local family and will be sure to buy here more often.

Went in recently and I received the friendliest and most personalized customer service ever. It was a young man named Brandon (bearded fellow). I believe he is a seasonal employee. Wow, this guy knows his shoes! He was helpful when I needed a size, helped me pick out a great birthday gift for a friend, and all around awesome. It's employees like this that keep this place running so smoothly! You are awesome Brandon!

Good customer service , but not the best deletion among the shoes I prefer (Adidas, New Balance, Nike). Prices were alright - a lot of options on sale.

Friendly staff upon entering and greeted , but Worst experience . Came in looking for Air Force 1 for my 11 year old boy . I asked for his size in youth . Manager mentioned he had one pair left . The size happens to be a 71/2 but apparently in women’s . I asked if I could get it priced matched because I’m clearly asking for a youth size not women’s but he tells me “there is no difference on the shoes just the price “. He tells me “it’s just ten dollars” in difference. Made me feel very offended. I asked if he can go ahead and place an order in youth size and he refused . I have never experience worst customer service. This has always been my go to footlocker so disappointed . What happened to great customer service ?
