“I can't recommend Rugs & More highly enough. I had a great experience. Michael and all of the staff are very knowledgeable, honest and have been part of Santa Barbara for a very long time. They have a large selection or Rugs for any taste or style.”
“COUCH is our go-to resource for upholstery and custom furnishing needs. Michele is always professional and kind, and I feel confident referring clients to her. Would definitely recommend!”
“This place is full of very gently used home decor treasures, large and small, at great prices. The kind of place you stop by regularly. Go once and you'll see.”
“This store is a hidden gem in the Funk Zone (right next to Mony's)! Tracey, the owner, is one of the most genuine, ethical, and customer-focused small business owners I’ve met. She's passionate about sharing her knowledge with her customers and she goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Her tiny shop is a treasure trove of beautifully curated pieces that she either finds in exceptional condition or lovingly restores herself. There's always something new to discover, but even if you just step inside to look around, you always leave with a good feeling.”
“My partner and I were looking for an area rug for our new apartment at the Rose Bowl Flea. We had gone to a few stands where the men there didn't pay much attention to us because we're young women. Youssef from Noorsher however, immediately jumped in to help us. He was very willing to work into our relatively low budget and we came out with an absolutely gorgeous new rug that we are totally in love with. I highly recommend this shop!”
“Thank you, Michael for the wonderful show tonight! I so appreciate all that you do for our community! Informing us, enriching us & entertaining us! With gratitude, Dana Melideo”
“We were very happy with the professional and courteous service we received from our salesman, Kevin. Buying a new mattress is not difficult, however it required me to pay attention. We didn’t feel stressed and we understood the choices so we were able to make the right decision. I would recommend seeing Kevin if you want to understand your options and make an informed decision.”
“Attention to detail is key to a great job! Working with Cabana-the entire team- has been stress free, and, of course, with handsome results! Steve is the Best!”
“Adnan is first class- genuinely loves his work and his clients. You don’t find many business owners like this anymore. His pieces are unique and second to none. We always stop in and always find something we love.”
“I absolutely love coming into the Santa Barbara Sofa Collection. They have such a wide variety of fantastic sofa and couches that can all be customized to your likings.”
“Carty & Carty Antiques in Montecito’s Upper Village is a wonderful place to browse and discover something special. They have an eclectic and beautifully curated selection of antiques, with a wide variety of interesting and unusual pieces at very fair prices.
The Carty's are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, and they’re always happy to share information about their merchandise. Many of the items in their shop come from the finest estates in Montectio. Whether you’re seriously looking for something or simply enjoy browsing beautiful and unique antiques, Carty & Carty Antiques is definitely worth a visit.”
“Let me just say, A+ customer service. I loved that I wasn't pressured into purchasing anything and felt like my needs and wants were heard clearly. I truly enjoyed the experience”
“This place is stunning, and has a lot of charm. As an architect and Interior Designer I cant but admire their taste and the way they displayed their fabrics and accessories. Beautiful colors, amazing good quality fabrics and gorgeous arts, this place has it all !!”
“Love this consignment shop in Santa Barbara! Sarah & staff display items so well, I end up buying a-lot of outfits put together. Great styles and always a sale going on to bring us customers back! :)”
“This shop is absolutely lovely. A wide variety of very interesting items...could have bought the whole store! The staff was incredibly helpful. The table we bought from here and had shipped to Colorado arrived in perfect condition. So Beautiful!!”
“I was looking for a rather specific item. I needed a basket in which to put long stemmed roses for a memorial service. The staff there was so very helpful after looking through all of the regular stock the staff member directed me to the clearance area where we found the perfect wicker basket.
Personalized services is a nearly lost art form, yet still available at Cost Plus world market in Santa Barbara on State Street. Five stars from me.”

“Big city futon has been in business for 18 years now and is part of Santa Barbara County sleep shops in Design Center. You are never going to make everyone happy, and satisfied customers usually don't go on and post that everything went perfectly. You don't really hear about all the planes that land safely. It is now under new ownership and we will continue to give you really good products and always striving to have the best possible service. Come in and visit at Big City Food time because you can also pick up luxury mattresses or designer sofas or recliners at the same store. Truly a very friendly buying experience.”
“We were staying in Summerland and passed by this location. The items were very unique and very outdoorsy. By the way this is not a seasonal store, they sell outdoors and indoor items all year round.”
“My wife and I recently purchased four chairs from this place. We met with the owner, Roy who we found to be very pleasant and knowledgeable. As a matter of fact, we have decided to have him stain one of our teak tables. I intend to purchase additional pieces of furniture from him.”
“Was in town looking for some unique lamps and pillows to accent a couple rooms in my new apartment. MK Home Furnishings had a ton of one of a kind pieces and Michael and his staff were able to help me find just what I was looking for, at an affordable price!”
“I recently purchased a used spa from HotSprings Spa and Patio. I had some trouble with the set up. Barry - the owner - got in his truck, grabbed his took kit, and drove to my house to help with the set up. This was customer service above and beyond. Thank you.”

“We have bought several pieces from the Sleep Shoppe: a queen mattress and bed that lifts up and down, a queen sofa bed, a lift chair, a swivel armchair, and more. Always great customer service and advice. The owner, Peter, goes above and beyond if there is a problem; recently my husband's lift chair had a problem, so Peter came out to Solvang where we live several times with different solutions until one worked. We have the lift chair working again and hubby is very happy and relieved. No charge for the great service and resolution! Thank you, Peter and Jack...we are so grateful! Highly recommend you check it out. - Mary and Larry”
“We are new to the area and Target is the closes story to us. Nazerith helped us find everything we need and Jen was are cashier. Great customer service all with both gals.”

“We had never shopped at a mattress store before! We were delighted to have the details Jesse gave us so that we could concentrate on the issues important to us. We bought
2 Avocado mattresses & 1 3D Pro Foam Core mattress. And the green lounge chair in photo / which is an addictive sitting spot!”
