This review is overdue but could no longer be delayed. THE EXPERIENCE: I was in the area and it was a bit chilly! I was looking for just something to cover and throw on. We were greeted by team members and I explained what I was looking for. Esther was Heaven sent and so down to earth! She went above and beyond, searching racks to find what I described that I was looking for. I settled on an oversized button up shirt - it was the perfect color, feel and price! I do recommend this location and would return if in the area!

I love GAP but this store was pretty messy. Not well folded, kind of all over the place. The flow seemed off. The associates on the kids side were very helpful! Not as much on adult, but they were still nice when we were checking out.

The Experience was great. Friendly staff and decent selection. There are few stores near. It was a little of a drive but going to Santa Barbara is never a bad deal.

Went in there today and the young lady with short hair and glasses don't remember her name but it was in the afternoon, went out of her way to help me out. The customer service she provided went above and beyond, too many y'all don't except tips or else I'd tip her. I'll be coming in more.

I wish I could give it ZERO stars but unfortunately I have to give it one (I guess for being able to keep a store in Santa Barbara). The Service here gives this brand the worst reputation out there, aside from being a low quality brand, the workers here are just plain horrible. As soon as we stepped into the store they did not aknowledge us at all (as if we were part of the scenery, we were browsing looking for specific items and they still did not say hi or anything to us, as soon as we started to look at some shirts on a rack an female employee of a dark complexion comes around the corner does not look at us and literally barges in to put a piece of clothing away right on the rack and spot we were looking thru as if we didn't exist at all, and as soon as we both agreed to leave since we both felt unwelcomed to shop there the female employee smirked and scuffed at us, basically laughing at our faces. I expect this kind of treatment at a really high end store but Gap... Please Gap is not even expensive at all. Will never be shopping here ever again.

I came to buy some shirts since I am going for shoulder surgery. I recently had back surgery and wanted to buy something comfortable. More than one of the employees looked disgusted that I was there. I was looking and the employee kept organizing, close to where I was not acknowledging my presence. She did not try to say excuse me. I felt uncomfortable and said "let's go I don't feel comfortable in this store." The employee laughed. If you want to feel belittled, pushed out of the way, feel as a waste of space this is the store for you. I am sorry my comfortable clothes or appearance was not to the employees standards. My rating is 0 stars.
