I have used them twice. First time was uneventful. Second time was a horrible experience. Choose another company. There are many fine realtors in SB. Instead of a phone call or proper communication, I got a monetary threatening email from little John Thyne who clearly has a napoleon complex and microphallus. Anyways I probably should not say more , because he will probably threaten me with a lawsuit for exercising my freedom of speech

You can find brokers more knowledgeable than John and Kevin and they just happen to be very pleasant to work with and always fight hard to get their clients what they want and at a highly competitive rate of compensation.
