I walked in and needed my iPhone 13's port cleaned out. The gentleman working at this establishment, had my iPhone's port cleaned and properly working in not even 5 minutes. To top it off, he didn't charge me anything. If you're ever on State St. and need your iPhone worked on, this is the place to go!

My husband bought a iPhone holder that clips onto his belt. He used it 2 days and in that time it fell off his belt twice and also the phone then fell out of the case. He took it back to iProtech & they told him they have a policy of no refunds, just exchanges, even though this product is defective. They also do not have any other alternatives. I called to talk with Ryan prior to posting this to give him a chance to do a refund. He became hostile.

Walked in with an iPhone that hadn't been able to use in a regular way for three years. I had to use speaker phone or AirPods. Guy fixed it in 2 minutes.

Went in today to get my charging port cleaned, was expecting to pay a small fee but they did it free and did a great job. My phone charges way better now than it did previously

Be careful here. The guy working here quoted me $100 to fix my camera and said if that didn't work it was $50 extra to order a part. I came back 4 weeks later to get the extra part and he said the cost of materials went up so it would be $150 to fix. Really frustrating since my insurance would've covered a brand new phone for $250 total... not very cool. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

nobody wants to find themselves in a position where they need to get your phone fixed, but in the days of iPhones and smart phones this happens quite a bit and it is nice to be able to lean on a reliable, responsive and incredibly well priced phone repair store. I had my phone fixed with this business a few days ago and I just wanted to quickly give them a good shout out for being very helpful and the best price I was able to find in regards to the back of the phone needing to be replaced. they were hundreds of dollars less than other repair stores. Thank you for being there to fix my phone And I would recommend this business to anyone looking to get their phone repaired in the Santa Barbara area

I was very pleased with the service I received from Ryan to replace the battery on my back-up iPhone 7. I've been 'nursing' a failing battery for many months and after reading the reviews i decided to try iProtech...and pleased i did. I went on a Sunday afternoon (yes, it has very convenient hours 11-7pm every day including Sat and Sun) and is located at the top of the escalator from the garage at Paseo Nuevo. I called ahead of time to make sure they had a replacement battery in stock and Ryan went to check and came back and assured me they did. I was fortunate as there was no one in the store at the time i went (Sunday ~5pm) and Ryan fixed it while i waited. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Very pleased and would certainly return. Thank you, Ryan.

I was just passing by and decided to see if they could fix my phone's charging issue. The guy behind the counter happily fixed it in about 30 seconds. Made my life easier. Great service. Highly recommend this place.

Was having issues with my iPhone XS charging outlet, the individual in charge checked it out went ahead and did his things and quickly resolved the issue. The iPhone just need it a quick clean up. I am thankful for the help.
