We had such a great experience buying our new Defender from here. Our sales representative Cynthia Morales was amazing! She made everything so easy and i never felt like i was being pushed like you often do at car dealerships. Tony was also very helpful and welcoming as well as Nick, who walked us through all the capabilities of our new car!Thank you Land Rover SB.

I had past experience dealing with Jaguar/Land Rover in Carlsbad, CA and always received outstanding customer service over the years (2013-2020). Even though I had a Jaguar over a few years old, my personal service rep always saw to all our questions or concerns, and made us comfortable. Having moved to the central coast, and now in possession of a gently used Range Rover, I had very high expectations for our assigned SB service rep. Glad to say, Kevin has not let us down! Our used Rover has needed a couple service appointments, and our experience so far has been top-notch. I am so relieved to have found excellent customer service here as well. Thank you Land Rover SB, and to Kevin for making this location transition a little easier.

I recently had an outstanding experience at Land Rover Santa Barbara Dealership, where Mark and Tony provided exceptional customer service while purchasing an Acura RDX. They showed professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for my needs from the beginning. Throughout the negotiation and financing process, they were transparent and honest. Extremely understaffed. Good luck ever getting ahold of anyone if you're looking for service. Don't waste your time leaving a message, they won't call you back. Although they may sell luxury vehicles, there's nothing luxurious about this dealership. Poorly managed is an understatement.

Kevin got our Land Rover in quickly when a Pre-Purchase Inspection was needed during the sale. Kevin made the process fast, professional and repairs were expedited. Thanks to Santa Barbara Land Rover, Kevin and his team in the Service Department provided 5-Star service. Truly a professional experience!

I previously left a 5 star review when I purchased my Range Rover. We love the car. But we just went in for a scheduled oil change and it was $800+. We got a “10% discount” because they didn’t offer a rental car, but man $745 for an oil change, wash the car and change a filter. $489 of the cost was “labor” but the car was only there for 2 hours.We enjoyed the buying process but this is wild. I know revenue is down in the auto industry, but finding out after the fact that it’s an $800 oil change doesn’t seem to be a good idea for customer retention. Hate to say it, but we won’t be coming back.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience dealing with Land Rover Santa Barbara. Cynthia was fantastic to work with. She was upfront, honest, communicative, and made the process so easy! Thanks to her work in advance, I was able to get my (beautiful) new car and get on the road quickly. I drove nearly 6 hours roundtrip to purchase a car from this location and I would do it all over again. Thanks Cynthia (and team) for all of your hard work and great customer service!

I'd like thank the SB group for making my out of state purchase a breeze, but especially recognize Tony Clumeck's exceptional customer service. From first contact to the delivery of our LR Sport, Tony stayed on top of things to the extent of staying late one afternoon to make sure my vehicle was loaded up on the trailer and on the road.This is my first vehicle purchased from SB, and being I live in Texas, I was apprehensive at first, worrying about the headache I was fixing to go through, but let me tell you, I have not had a more flawless and enjoyable buying experience, this includes in town vehicle purchases. I don't want to make this review too long, so I'll cut it short, I just want the SB group to know I'm beyond grateful for making this so easy, and Tony, the wife absolutely LOVES the Sport!!! Thanks a bunch!!

Kevin is the manager at Santa Barbara Land Rover and he gets the job done! I live 100 miles north and could not get my 2010 Land Rover repaired. I spent thousands. Kevin fixed it and it's perfect. I also had a recall and he had it fixed quickly. I highly recommend this service shop. Kevin knows his cars and will save you thousands!

Huge thanks to Cynthia Morales, Nick and Darouny for an extremely efficient and professional transaction with Land Rover SB. While I was buying a pre-owned Range Rover Sport, they made me feel as if it were a brand new car purchase and delivery. Their customer service is world-class and the experience from show room to back office was easy and painless. I highly recommend Land Rover SB for new or used Land Rover purchase!
