When walking in the store is a very kind team!
They are hery helpful and knowledgeable when asked questions.
The place has a great selection of food and toys and many pet supplies.
The also, offer a dog bath area that is very comfortable for washing the little friendly dogs.

We have been taking our dog to Lemos on Gutierrez for a few years and each time the experience is worse. The last three times I have complained about the aprons they supply. They are worn to the point that you have no choice but to get wet. Today they only had three aprons and all four tubs were being used. When I mention to the staff they respond as if it is the first time anyone has complained and that they could care less. In addition, the nozzle on the air dryer at the tub we used today kept coming off. I showed the employee cleaning the tub next to the one we were using and his response was, "Yeah, it keeps doing that." For $17 it would be nice to have the supplies and equipment be kept up. For $10, I get a better experience at Hendry's Beach or Elings Park at the outdoor washing stations.

Such kind and friendly staff! Had the best bath experience at the doggie self wash station — clean, easy to use, had everything we needed and the air dryers after were particularly helpful. Best deal in town at $17/wash and everyone was nice and helpful! Pawsitively happy to become a regular ?

Excellent customer service. And prices are very competitive and often better than online or other feed stores. One suggestion is the self serve dog wash is too expensive for self serve. In my opinion it is about twice as much as fair market rate - I can get the same wash and dry experience for $10 at the self serve places at county parks. And I think some form of loyalty rewards would be nice.

I've been to both the Atascadero and Paso Robles locations. The staff is always very knowledgeable and polite. I was able to obtain tags and have them made on site almost immediately upon order. The team was really polite in helping me find the items that I was looking for. When they weren't in stock at my local store, they called over to another store for me and put it on hold. This was really helpful and save me a lot of time. I did feel like the cost of the item was slightly higher than if you purchased it online.

Great service, especially when we go to wash the dog. It's so easy and has a hair dryer which is good when you have a Golden Retriever. They have everything we need for our dog. Seems like they have supplies for most types of animals.
