Great selection of stationary and home goods. Purchased a beautiful mug and set of cards. Cashier was helpful and friendly.

I believe in the art of a handwritten letter and Letter Perfect provided stationery for me that adds that memorable touch that folks remember.

Leslie the owner is extremely unpleasant to work with. She’s also untrustworthy, and refuses to provide refunds or details. The products offered can be found cheaper elsewhere, and I urge everyone to shop at other businesses.

Be very careful dealing with Leslie. My wife ordered some decorative plates, charged to a credit card. After a couple months they never appeared. Do to the length of time this took our credit card company (they're going to be gone also) would not rectify this transaction. Neither would Leslie. We have neither the plates nor the money from the credit card charge. We live in Santa Barbara trying to support local. BEWARE.

I have been a customer of Letter Perfect for over 30 years; strictly due to their professionalism, outstanding customer service and know-how. Letter Perfect knows the rules of etiquette-- particularly how they translate to written material. They also (especially Leslie the owner) are incredibly flexible at working with me when my personal budget or time frame prohibits me from simply ordering straight out of their vendor books. When I fall in love with a card or invitation, but a complete order is beyond my budget, they will customize the order by suggesting what parts will be unnoticeable and can be eliminated, or which parts can be done in house to save money. I have also had them print items in house for me when their vendor was unable to meet my very tight deadline. I have dropped off gifts for them to wrap, as my skills in that area are somewhat lacking, and I always end up with the single most beautifully wrapped gift at any event Iam attending. I have had them do calligraphy on large numbers of invitations and it's always perfect and finished on time. Letter Perfect is constantly innovating and they now have a service for creating amazing online invitations. Not the run of the mill static invitations, but ones with physically active illustrations that are like watching a short movie drawing you in to the invitation itself. They offer "how to" classes on calligraphy and gift wrapping and even have an original design service if their vendor books don't have what you desire. I could go on and on. I simply can't speak highly enough about the store, it's owner and the outstanding service I have always received there.

I went in to Letter Perfect recently to buy some wrapping paper. Not only was the staff unhelpful and the paper overpriced (I did not end up purchasing and found similar paper at CVS down the street), the entire store was dirty and cluttered and smelled like rotting onions! Shame, the quality of this place has really gone down hill.

Once upon a time there was this girl I liked, so one day I bought her a Paul Frank wallet at this store. It was blue with a cartoon giraffe on it. The giraffe had a frowny face and a little tear coming out of his eye. She totally loved it, although it was an omen of things to come.

Purchased the most amazing peaches, flowers, pickles, sourdough and produce yesterday in Summerland at Sweet Wheels. They also sell phenomenal pastries -positively divine! The ladies who man the cart are super helpful too!

Incompetent owner, who is too frazzled and scattered to focus on, and finish any given project. Staff doesn't ever seem to know the answer to any question without tracking down the elusive boss Leslie. Very much hit or miss, find somewhere else.

Purchased from the Sweet Wheels cart today. Fresh produce, flowers and packaged products. Bonnie provided friendly and informative service. Thank you for this farmer's cart option in Summerland.

Bought a $28 dollar cookie box (only had 4 cookies in) on Valentine’s Day as if they had crafted/baked from first hand and then right after that, I go to Ralph’s and see the same exact cookies in a bag of 12 sold by $3.99. Honestly, I will NEVER shop at Letter Perfect Stationery EVER again! I feel robbed!

This was the worst vendor I worked with for my wedding. Run, RUN, away from Leslie. She held my invitations hostage, doubled her price and verbally insulted me. Save your money and your peace of mind and go elsewhere.

Leslie has always had a reputation for going "above and beyond" for her customers and she just took heroic measures to help me get some time-sensitive invitations into the mail! Given the struggles that Montecito is facing right now it would have been easy and understandable for my little project to have been buried in the chaos but Leslie put her own overwhelming problems aside to help a customer. I am truly moved and hope that everyone will do what they can to support small businesses that need us right now.
