So incredibly rude! Had two workers laugh at me while I asked for a different size!? I truly do love coming to this store and have been for a while but after this visit I might just have to stick with online or going elsewhere.

I have been in this store maybe 5-6 times, every time a bad experience. Customer service is poor. It’s easier to just buy online.

Levi’s of Santa Barbara is has very poor customer service. Tried to return a pair of 6 day old jeans with a receipt and the manager would not do anything for me! Disappointed in Levi’s, buyer beware!

Really creepy employee ran out on the street when I was walking back home and accused me of shoplifting…I didn’t even leave the store with any bags and gave the shorts I had tried on to his other co worker. This man was trying to embarrass me in front the entire store really unprofessional because he could’ve checked the cameras. First time coming in here and it’ll be the last time.

Never been to a Levi's Store before but needed a pair of jeans. Staff was super helpful. I've worn 505s for decades but they got me to try 515s. I liked them a bought 2 pair. Stop in and check it out.
