Truly one of the best moving experiences Ive ever had (and we’ve moved a ton!). Joe was super easy to communicate, the team showed up right on time, everyone worked so hard and really took care of our stuff. Couldn’t recommend them more!

I’ve gone through my fair share of moves and working with Joe and his team was hands down the easiest and least stressful move I’ve had. Lev and Reynaldo were efficient, professional, and know exactly what they’re doing. All of my stuff arrived at my new home in the same condition it left my prior home. I was really impressed with how quickly and diligently they worked. A couple of days after my move, I realized that I couldn’t find something that might seem small to others but meant a lot to me. I reached out to Joe and asked him if he could ask his team if they remembered where they put it. I don’t think an hour had passed since I sent the email when there was a knock on my door - it was Joe! With the item that had been misplaced! That is the kind of attention and service Loadstar gives its clients. I am a million times impressed. Almost makes me want to move again so I can hire Joe.

I'll echo the numerous other five star comments here. Joe the owner is a great communicator and quickly got my company lined up with Tina and another team member who spent three days helping us pack a massive collection for relocation. Tina was a detail oriented packer who after watching her work for a few hours, I fully trusted to handle multiple delicate and valuable pieces. Well done by the entire Load Star team.

Lev and Tyler were amazing! Punctual, efficient, and most of all careful. The by--the-hour rate was way below other bids, and I highly recommend LoadStar Movers to anyone doing a local move in Santa Barbara.

I would highly recommend LoadStar Movers. Joe, the owner, communicates excellently. The request was responded to promptly on a Sunday to set up the move. The team showed up on time and did the move professionally and efficiently. No minimum job hours is also a big plus since we are moving just a few heavy items, including a piano. The pricing was also very reasonable.

Got back to me in a timely manner, which seems to be a rarity these days. Great communication, very reasonable prices. I had them hoist a large sofa to my balcony, only way to get into my condo. They were fast , conscientious and nice guys. They had my sofa in my place in roughly 30 minutes! Thank you!

My daughter was so happy with their precious service for them, that she recommended I use this same service. Joe and his assistant were wonderful. Very courteous and hardworking. They were able to move my stuff from my house to my storage unit in one trip! When I get ready to move to my future location I will be sure to call on Loadstar Movers again. Thank you Joe and assistant. And yes highly recommend. I even gave name to my realtor too.

Joe and his team did such a great job on our first move that we contacted LoadStar Movers again for our second one. His team quickly and carefully packed, transported, and unloaded our furniture without any issues. I would highly recommend LoadStar Movers for great service and a fair price.

We had a great experience with Joe and his crew. Joe was very responsive and gave us a detailed estimate. His crew arrived exactly on time and worked so efficiently that the move took less time than quoted so it was less expensive than we had planned. I wish we could have used them for every moving experience we've ever had. We will definitely use them again and recommend them extremely highly!

We were so happy with our LoadStar experience with a local move. Joe was easy to work with in planning and estimating and his crew of 4 guys/2 trucks were efficient, courteous and got the job done in less time than we expected.Having had several bad experiences with movers, I was so pleased with the service and the value of LoadStar.
