the store manager had to call the District manager by the name Mieka. She refused to to credit me the return because it is out of the warranty they said even though it has been within 30 days period .. the shoes are sketchers and they make my feet itchy and swollen. i think they do not know what are exceptions since i ddi not have the box and the reciept. i paid it by Apply pay and it has been within the return policy . no sympathy because it causes allergy reactions since the material used are not of good quality. I was expecting a better communications and more can do and attitude being more ethical .. had to drop the shoes so that they can recycle them . i am not going to go back again to this Store just because they were not customer service oriented.

Pleasant experience to be able to physically buy the products: touch them, be able to measure them; That which has unfortunately been lost when buying online, it is sad to see stores closing for that reason but even here in the store we save more money than if we had bought online, the employees are very friendly and professional.

I went today to finish line and both of the employees working were on their phone during working hours . I went between 3-4 pm guy and girl still had the nerve to be on the phone even when we were there to get shoes. Poor customer service . The gentleman with eyepods in his ear.

Real life Christmas Movie moment-Macy's to the rescue! I received a notice that there would be a delay on Santa's toy delivery, due to bad weather, and a sick Rudolph! I was in a panic, it was Christmas Eve, a Sunday with 2 hours left before most stores would close I decided to try Macy's I remembered that they carried a few toys and sometimes there's leftovers that might work....when what to my wondering eyes should appear, a Toys R' Us section inside Macy's filled with a wonderful selection of toys fresh from Santa's shop ready to go. I definitely had a Christmas Angel watching over me..and the Spirit of Christmas that led me there...our Christmas was saved! Thank you Macy's and Toys R'Us for helping me make Santa's Magic happen for my grandson this Christmas!?

Macys is one of the last few Department stores that has survived. When you have an event & need to find the proper dress or outfit, or if you have limited time - Macys can be counted on to have good selection.

More Like a Ross there a Macy's. They don't seem to carry anything fashionable. Almost like they sent all the Macy's sale items to one store. They have zero fitted fashionable clothes . I usually come here because there's a special event that I did not plan for and I'm trying to find something nice to wear but I usually end up leaving and just figuring it out somehow. Everything that's OK is still about $100 and it's something that I would never wear again.
