Pastrami heaven. Wished we'd found it earlier during our stay.

I flew into Santa Barbara headed to Ventura and I decided to stop here for one of my favorite sandwiches. I love pastrami and this was very good. A tad greasy, but not too bad. Free parking across the street.

This is my favorite place when I come to Santa Barbara.
Since 2004 Norton’s is the Santa Barbara to-go spot for delicious old school sandwiches! Famous for pastrami, featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives

Every good food town needs an old-school pastrami place to brag about, and Santa Barbara has Norton's: a tiny little dive a block off State Street that's built a following for cheap and delicious diner classics. We always go for the pastrami dip?the oozing lovechild of a pastrami and a French dip sandwich. And yes, it does require extra napkins.
