I loved their nail service it was amazing and perfect and priced right, a little upset because they charged me an extra $15 than the listed price for a leg wax just because I had extra hair. I was going to leave a $20 tip because I’m aware of that, but instead they overcharged me and gave me a dirty look when I left $5 because all my tip money went to the extra money they charged me. I would come and do my nails again but I probably wouldn’t do the waxing again.

They did an amazing job. I walked in and took me in immediately, after other high rated nails salon did not even acknowledge I walk in their salon.I got a mani pedi, reasonably priced and even tho they were fast they did a much better job than other places i’ve been!!Clean and lots of options!!Services: Manicure

Total rip off. Overcharged me . $130 for a fill and a gel pedicure and expected a $20 tip each. The guy who did my nails was rude and did not put lotion on my hands.

Nu Image Nails is clean, convenient and is staffed with really sweet and talented Nail Techs. Im not sure why the negativity on the review- Honestly I truly enjoyed my service, observed the staff opening all clean and sanitized utensils using best practices to maintain client health and safety, and my tech, Holly, was so understanding when I asked to change the color because it wasn't popping on my skin tone. I really have no complaints! I was offered bottled water upon beginning my service, the salon takes Apple Pay credit and cash which was convenient for me as I just got out of yoga, and didn't have my wallet on me. And I really enjoyed the chairs which gave me a great massage during the service. Not only that, but I had two nail technicians working on my manicure and pedicure at the same time, which was great! This would be a great salon to book a birthday party since all of the chairs are lined up next to each other in one row with another three chair row opposite that. My only criticism ( of course, I am biased as a sommelier) is that they do not offer Wine or Champagne with the service as some other spots in town do. But I bet they wouldn't be opposed to a BYOB situation !

NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE! CHILDREN OF STAFF MEMBERS FLIPPING OFF PAYING CUSTOMER. I made a manicure appointment for my 7 year old niece sweet and very social niece. During the manicure a little girl approached the table where she was seated and made a face of disgust while commenting something in a different language to the nail tech. I found the interaction odd, but the nail tech said nothing to the little girl, so I let it go. My niece seemed uncomfortable by her body language, but I imagined this was a part of her being in the salon or what not. After the tech was done, she transferred her over to the communal drying table equipped with fans. The little girl joined the table along with another little boy around 10 years old. They kept giggling and I assumed they were being friendly as I was sitting there directly behind my niece. Something told me to look closer at the interactions since I noticed my niece kept her head down and I realized they were laughing at her, GIVING HER THE MIDDLE FINGER with BOTH HANDS under the table, and putting their legs in her leg space as to make her more uncomfortable. I immediately took my niece and alerted the tech of what had happened, I don't think she understood. I spoke loudly and firmly to make myself heard by other techs present. NO ONE DID ANYTHING ABOUT IT. Not a single apology. I was disturbed at the fact that the children were able to roam around the salon, sit and bother paying clientele, and not a single staff member took responsibility when a customer was visibly upset. This was supposed to be a pleasant birthday surprise for a little girl, and it turned out to be very uncomfortable for her. She was teary when we left! We walked to Yogurtland after leaving the salon, where we once more encountered the kids. Immediately after seeing them, my niece grabbed my hand and wanted to leave because she thought they were going to bother her again. I had to get home and explain to the parents what my niece had gone through and when trying to get the words out I was so enraged that the tears came over me! IF THE STAFF NEEDS TO KEEP THEIR CHILDREN AT THE SALON, THEY NEED TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE NOT RUNNING AROUND BOTHERING THE CHILDREN WHO'S GUARDIANS AND PARENTS ARE PAYING A SERVICE FOR! THEY ARE THE PAYING CUSTOMERS KEEPING YOUR DOORS OPEN! KEEP YOUR KIDS IN LINE or FIND CHILDCARE. The customer should not be made uncomfortable when paying a service.

It was a good experience for a $31 basic pedicure. They didn't push back and cut cuticles, and did not do the most detailed job around the edges. Pros are the nice massage chairs, environment and leg massage.

I thought my nails came out great! And it was exactly how I wanted them to look. Really good price The nails are by no means perfect and some of the top coat has already started to peel (got my nails 3 days ago)
