I called OfficeMax as a last resort and spoke to the employee on the phone to which she said they had the correct kind in stock. I came in and was greeted upon walking in and was immediately assisted by the manager. He told me that unfortunately they were out of the cartridge I needed but since I called and came down he would honor the lower price for the larger cartridge. This is the type of customer service that keeps business coming in the door! Much appreciated!”
