Poor products, worse service and zero professional pride.I had both tubes rupture at the valve (one within .5 miles and the other within 1.5 miles) after they were installed by this bike shop. There was no impact or any event that caused the rupture; they were either cheap products or poorly installed.I returned to the shop immediately after the first instance (I was literally in walking distance) and was immediately met with accusations that I hit something and the price to fix. Neither employee I spoke took the time to understand my situation and displayed a level of apathy that doesn't lend well to a service based job.Once I repaired the first tire, the other one, (that Open Air had installed) ruptured in the same exact spot within another 1 mile of riding. I didn't bother to go back this time. The one silver lining is that this experience compelled me to learn how to maintain and repair my bike on my own. Thank you Open Air for doing such a terrible job that it led me to learning a new skill!

Holy Cr*p! This shop and its owner have the worst customer service. I usually don't bother with reviews but just wanted to warn others, don't patronize this business! The owner and mechanics are really, really bad. How places like this stay in business is mind blowing.

We bought two E-Bikes for cruising around the city. Our experience was easy, fast, and professional.Six months passed, and the bikes needed adjustment, and the brakes fixed --My nephew took the bike off road...Their service was excellent...Especially Chad.I go to Open Air bikes for all my bikes, accessories and Service exclusively. Thanks

Don't waste your money. Owner/mechanic will screw up your bike worse than you brought it in and act like it's your fault or blame the bike brand. No communication on pricing or service. Won't be coming back.

Walked in a couple months ago to try to buy an ebike. Staff person couldn't be bothered to even acknowledge me, wouldn't make eye contact, and kept talking non-stop to his friend. Wouldn't let me break into the convo eitherAfter 15 minutes I left, and ordered a bike online. If you can't say even say hello - you don't want a customer.

Bad reviews are on par 100%. Ed/owner is a sales con, shame on me for not doing better research. Initially went in to buy a $3K Giant Trans bike for my son, all was fine until the owner couldn't buy the bike and I had to buy it direct from the dealer. His first obvious annoyance. Ordered the bike to be shipped to his shop for assembly/dealer contract. Fine. Brought it back for 30 day "tune-up", breaks were squeaking loudly, and he acts put off. 4 months later the shock blows out because they screwed up in assembling the bike, drop the bike off - 6 weeks later, 2 calls on my end - none from the shop, and nothing has been resolved despite the bike being under warranty for a year! The lever even tried saying it was the "rider" who caused the problem....he's 13 and rides xc. Not one rider on our team had had an issue like that. Reckless comment. I reach out to Giant corporate in TO, they get involved and suddenly the owner is getting the missing bolt to fix the shock! Ironic. I've left out a lot of detail but what an incredibly poor way to conduct business and treat customers Service manager was apologetic and understanding of the situation but I have zero confidence in this business. Giant do better, Open Air is not worthy of your business nor is the general public.

Routinely unhelpful. There's no reason to patron this shop in a town with several other shops that offer great service, and have 4.5 - 5 star yelp reviews to show for it.

Called to ask about having my tubeless road tire repaired. I was told I can’t get an appointment for a week and a half at the earliest. Seriously? For a flat?

I had already called 1 other bike shop. Had a job in LA I'd never been to this bike shop before I called this fellow answered he was very helpful regarding my seat questions so I drove there.. When I walked in the 2 fellows at the counter were talking to each other and I waited 30 seconds for them to noticeme and then I asked which one of you did I speak to regarding bicycle seats they said they said we don't know what you're talking about I know and I went OK so I wa
