Not as nice as the pictures look, but decent. The shower rod (curved one) was mounted In towards the shower. That was silly. Otherwise, fine for one night, reasonable cost ( for Santa Barbara and location in town). Pillows on bed were weird box shape.

We needed to cancel one day early and it was no problem - got an instant refund. Rooms are nice, free coffee and water at all times.
