This is not a draw site. This is a corporate office. The draw site is located at 5333 Hollister Ave. Same parking lot as the goleta cottage hospital. In the medical building

The lab results themselves have been helpful to me. However, the billing service and process has been a nightmare. After receiving my initial bill, I had to make 4 attempts to contact them to request they bill my services to the correct insurance company. They failed to do so. I then contacted Pacific directly about this, and they very graciously offered to waive my charge due to the inconvenience. I was incredibly thankful for this, as I don't feel it fair to require me to pay the bill when it has not been first submitted to my insurance company. A few months passed and I thought this ordeal was over given the seemingly incredible customer service I received. However, today, I got another text from their billing service, requesting payment again. I now have to go back through the process of contacting Pacific directly, hoping that they will stand by what they had told me previously. It's taken a lot of unnecessary time and energy. Overall, given the test offerings and the amount of help it's been to have specific tests available to me, I'm really disappointed in the service.

Find the entrance, such a fun game. Then be told to go somewhere else.

The receptionist is absolutely rude and has an attitude. The tone from her was absolutely unprofessional and out of line. I'm an ICU nurse for years. She is the worse I encountered in medical field.

I have never written a poor review, until now. My complaint regards a defective Trio-Smart kit issued by an Irvine, CA. Lab. Since the kit was defective, my doctor ordered a second kit. I paid for the operating kit but receive bills for the defective kit. I have sent letters regarding the defective kit, but the bills keep coming. Since my letters have been ignored, I reached out to the number on the billing statement. I was told I had reached the billing department. They suggested that I call the referring doctor. Today, I followed the billing department's advice and reached out to the doctor. The situation has been very stressful. Why am I being billed for a defective product?

The front desk receptionists are the most rude I have ever come into contact with. I'm certain that they are trying their best to be effective, however this does not a comfortable visit make.

I was very surprised to not be met by someone taking my temperature before entering the waiting room. They were requiring masks, however when one person walked in without a mask no one questioned her to why she was not wearing one. You would have thought they would have asked her if she had a breathing issue. Nope she checked in and sat down in the waiting room with no mask. I also had an appoitnment and showed up about 5 minutes early thinking I wouldn't have to spend much time in the waiting room, however when it came to be 10 minutes past my appointment I stood back in line and asked how much longer. They explained I have to tell them I have an appointment and pointed to a sign far in the corner to my left where no one will see. They should be asking as you check-in, but the lady asked me right away for my insurance card and then my referring Dr. then took my lab slip and told me it would be a few minutes. So at that time I figured she knew I had an appointment if it was only going to be a few minutes with at least 6 others waiting as well. Also others that came in after me were told it would be at least 30 minutes, so again I assumed she knew I had an appointment. Of course my assumptions were wrong and I had to sit in the waiting room much longer than I cared too especially during a Pandemic. They should not only be doing temperature checks they should also not allow more than one person in the waiting room at a time and allow people to check in through their phones and wait in their cars until they have been texted to come in. Something other diagnostic labs are doing in town to follow the CDC guidelines.

My daughter and I set up appointment at 8:45 & 9 online. Got to Pacific and there were people waiting. Imagine my surprise when the people waiting were taken before me with an appointment. Finally got my blood drawn 45 minutes later. No apology or explanation why the wait. Not sure what value there is in booking an appointment it really didn't save me any time!!!

Earlier I wrote a negative review due to long wait times. I left a comment online and they called me up and even told me of a location that would have shorter waits! I was very pleased with that, so just that you know that call alone made me raise my rating from 2 stars to 5. Also, their phlebotomists due such wonderful work! They take the necessary time. I really think they care. One phone call makes a difference! My previous review: I would give 5 stars, but there are very long waits. I understand - but they need more staffing. So the wait times are unacceptable but the technicians are fabulous - 5 stars on that. With such long wait times, I'm going to ask my doctor about another provider.

I received a bill for lab work that was ordered by my doctor. I went ahead and paid the bill but found out later that my supplemental insurance had also paid it. I called the billing office to ask for a refund and was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks to process my request!

They are excellent at taking blood. They don't leave any bruises or pain. And they also bill your insurance correctly. No hassle. Make sure you make an appointment otherwise you will wait too long. With an appointment, you don't wait at all.
