Patterson/101 Storage is an immaculate storage facility with easily accessible units. Security is a priority- One example, our padlock wasn't fully closed but they caught it shortly after we left the unit on one of their regular security rounds and called us.The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful- very easy to do business with!! Best in town!

Very clean, explained rules/answered questions. Polite. Friendly. I had moved to another smaller unit inside and even had classical music playing when the door was opened! Not only was that very classy, but it and the indoor-outdoor carpeting made it feel more comfy instead of the cold, harsh, creepy-catacomb feel of other storage places. I highly recommend Patterson 101.

Never in my life would I have thought a personal storage business would be so thoughtful, kind, responsible, friendly, warm and committed to the Golden Rule as is Patterson Self Storage. Jane is one beautiful human being and an impeccable business manager. Brian is a bolt of sunlight and ease to work, as is Jane, and all the support and maintenance staff are respectful, warm and helpful, always. One hot day while moving into a second unit with them, maintenance brought us ice cold bottled water. They are fiercely protective of your property and serious about the care of theirs. Impeccably maintained property and air conditioned buildings--some are temperature controlled for say piano storage--you are in the best hand with Patterson Self Storage. Not the cheapest storage facility but well worth it. The customer service is great, the units are really nice, and the whole place is kept very clean. I'm pretty sure I got a temperature controlled unit when I only payed for a regular one.

I NEVER leave reviews, but my experience with Patterson storage has been so great, they’ve seriously earned my five star rating!! They’ve been really attentive, they called to make sure I found everything okay during the initial process which was nice. After that, I had been so stressed out during my move that I accidentally left one of my items out on the property, and they took the time to call each person who was there that day until they reached me and we realized I left my tv mounting equipment on the side of the building (OOPS!!). They could have easily thrown it out but the fact that they took their time to find the owner of these items, and set them aside in the front office was such a pleasant surprise! I just can’t say enough great things about my experience. Aside from that, the property feels super safe, secure and clean. It’s also conveniently located right off the freeway (LOVE IT!!). Huge shout out to the team at Patterson 101 Self Storage for everything you do!

An amazing place for storage. Your best option in Goleta by far. The staff has a very professional demeanor while also maintaining a clean environment; being open for most the day. Overall, just a great and convenient establishment.

The folks here are as Professional as they are Friendly. You can tell that they love what they are doing. The facility is clean, well lit, temperature controlled and easily accessible. They have Great customer service skills are truly Grateful for the business they receive from the community.

Overall, just a great experience!! The office staff is super friendly and always went above and beyond to be helpful! They make move in and move out easy with the options to digitally sign the contracts.The rates here are pretty reasonable, especially considering other local storage places raise rates on you every 6mo after the “low intro rate” period - but they had the same rates for the whole time I had the unit! Added bonus is that their facilities are always super clean, safe, well lit, and it’s easy to access for drive up and indoor units alike - I had both over a two year period. Best experience renting a storage unit ever - definitely give these guys a chance, you won’t regret it! Thanks for storing all my things!! :)

The people at Patterson were friendly and always helpful. The storage area is clean and well-kept. My stuff was in good condition after being in storage for quite a while. The monthly price is a little high but worth it if you have the extra money to spend.

Our company uses this as our work storage and it is seriously the best maintained facility I have ever seen. They are sticking to the rules and regulations but I never imagined that a storage facility would care about landscaping or keeping the greatest customer bathroom in town while the staff is always on top of it. They also take on deliveries which is a big help.
