Had to find a rental unit for the summer for our daughter who goes to UCSB. They were very helpful in finding a reasonable rate storage locker. It's an easy drive from the UCSB dorms. The facilities are clean, well lit and secure.

I highly recommend Patterson Plus Self-Storage. The storage buildings are beautifully clean. The temperature controlled building is a huge plus for us. Great experience with storing my personal belongings during move. The staff is friendly/helpful, unit and property was very clean and secure. I especially appreciate staff noticed the one time I forgot to lock up and immediately notified me.

Patterson is a must if you are looking for a storage facility: Every staff member I have come into contact with is a 10/10 - Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and easy to get into contact with.
The buildings are clean, maintained, easy to access yet secure, and I feel safe as a single woman going in and out of my unit. All around great experience and great place to store your items.

I've been a client of Patterson Self Storage for many years, and I highly recommend them. The facility is the safest and cleanest of any storage facility I've ever worked with, and the team is always available and willing to answer any questions. I also love the climate controlled levels, which were especially great when I was moving furnishings on hot summer days. I always refer Patterson Self Storage to our real estate clients, as well.
