I stopped by to look at the Native American jewelry today & I was not disappointed. However, I was extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service. When I walked in, I was greeted with a hello. While I browsed, the sales clerk was assisting a customer with Bakelite bracelets. I saw several squash blossom necklaces behind the counter I wanted to try on; however, I patiently waited for over 30 minutes while the sales clerk chatted with the customer, never even stopped to offer assistance to me. The other customer finally bought something & the clerk was trying to figure out how to process a credit card on their new system. This took at least another 10 minutes when the clerk said she would process the transaction the old way. Still no offer of assistance to me, so I left the shop. Not even a "thank you for coming in". I know I would have purchased one of those amazing necklaces if only I had been helped. All of the other shops I visited were more than happy to offer assistance since they recently reopened after being closed for three months due to COVID-19.

Beautiful timeless pieces nowhere else on earth. Every chance I get I make my way there and am always thrilled to find something exquisite. In a world cheap and mass, there is this.
