This place is a joke. Always has been. Wont be buying a Ford ever again which truly does bum me out but these people have shown me the light!! Ford does a recall for a part that they don’t make anymore, Perry charges me $210 for info we already know and sends me on my way.. thanks for the help!!

We had car troubles and our car was packed full of stuff for a camping trip headed to Big Sur and we ended up needing a brand new starter for our truck. Peter and Raul took such good care of us, ordered the part and within four hours we were back on the road and they were able to squeeze us in day of on a Saturday. Absolutely recommend!

I called multiple times. Call dropped, sometimes they just let me wait for 5 minutes and then hung up. I had to go on person. One hour drive. I thought to find a super busy place (since they have no time to answer the phone). Bunch of ppl just doing nothing. Not sure how they can stay in business.

DONT GO HERE: Got a car serviced yesterday & when I came in, I told the technician (Nathan Myers) that it was an online appointment at 10 made a week ago. He acted helpful until we came back and he upcharged the oil change to $100. When asked why it was a different price than online, he became angry and snapped “this isn’t jiffy lube, inflation blah blah.” I went into the cashier and she became hostile as well saying we needed to present a coupon when I scheduled online for the works and saw the price. She was extremely rude and spoke about us while we were standing right there. Nathan and Ms. Long brown hair at the front desk are horrible. It seems as though they thought because I was young and female that I would fall for it. DONT GO HERE

I bought a new engine and a month later had problems with it. The valve gasket had to be replaced.. two weeks later took it back because oil was low again. Peter said engine oil is not low and that he would not look at it. I have a 3 yr warranty on it. Took it to Firestone and they said my oil was a Ouart low. They are not honoring my warranty.

I had a security issue with my Ford Transit and called a mobile locksmith that tried everything he could. He said I'd have to have it towed to the dealership and they could reprogram my key or sale me a new one. Perry Ford estimated the repair at $1800. Said they would have to replace the computer, other parts and labor. I thought that was wrong and a friend of mine suggested I take it to Lara's garage. He reprogramed a key (as always suspected) and the total cost was $250. Perry Ford wanted to charge me over 6 times that amount. Now I know why they say never take your vehicle to the dealership because they will rip you off. I told them to re-imburse me the $180 estimate I had to pay to get the van back, which they did after they realized they were busted.

I had an appointment today at 10:40AM it took them a while to help me out then they told me how bad I need my car and I told them I used it for work. They were like we need to keep for a couple of days when I ask for a rental they told me here is the number for the car rental place. First of all my car is under warranty the least the service rep could have done was called for a rental. He was like I really want to take care of you but for convenience you can also take it to ford in oxnard. Picture this I live in Ventura made an appointment to get this kind of service is bad. I hope they retrain their service consultants in cx service. Would definitely not want to deal with them again.

Transferred to "Service" several times and it just rang and rang. If they can't handle the complex task of answering customer phone calls then I don't want them handling my vehicle.

I had previously done extensive research on a Subaru model. That specific model, with all of my chosen whistles and bells, happened to turn up on Perry Ford's used car lot. I called to make an appointment and had the good fortune to have salesman Inri Cortez answer my call. Inri is a young man who will definitely succeed in life. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about a car that isn't a Ford. He is kind, thoughtful and just a delightful person. My husband is in a skilled nursing facility, recovering from a broken hip. Inri accompanied me there to ascertain whether my husband could get into and out of the vehicle. Inri was so kind to him and we both appreciated his thoughtfulness. I would definitely contact him again for a car purchase.His supervisor, Mark, was also very pleasant and kind. As was the person who handled all of the tedious paperwork required to buy any vehicle. I'm sorry that I can't recall her name.I highly recommend Perry Ford.

IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR DO NOT GO HERE. They created possible DAMAGE on my mustang by leaving their tools connected to my cars brake! I drove for awhile on the freeway until I saw it hanging out from the bottom of my car. In another review someone says they left a towel in their engine. So this happens alot! I got my car's brake fluid flushed here, and they left the hose they used to bleed my brakes connected to my brakes. I drove at high speeds with this tool on and i'm terrified it caused damage to my brakes while I was driving. I removed it and it's in my trunk now. I tried contacting them to get a refund so I could go someplace else and get it looked at PROPERLY for damage. But they refused and kept wanting me to bring the car back to them which of course I didn't. I don't feel safe going here anymore.

I bought a Ford Explorer from a dealership in Woodland Hills. Excellent experience. However, when I took my truck into Perry Mazda, Ford here in Santa Barbara, the service "Consultant" or, whatever you call him, was just a bit rude. All the way till the end, when I asked him what my warranty that I bought special with the Ford covers, he said you'll have to ask your sales person. I just got off the phone with my sales person in Woodland Hills and he said you'll never have to show a thing, your Vin number says everything that the Ford dealership and service station needs to know. Two thumbs down for Perry Ford santaBarbara. I guess I'll have to drive to Woodland Hills for a good customer service

Best car buying experience by far! I purchased a new Ford Bronco yesterday, and the entire team at Perry Ford was an actual pleasure to work with. The car buying process can be grueling and uncomfortable, but they made it painless and easy. Special thanks to Denver for being awesome! ????
