Went to get my first tune up, they tried to charge me twice even though I have three years of service. They didn't wash my car either and the service didn't look at my note and take the tip I offered.

I always go here for my 2013 Mazda, CX 9 – whether it’s batteries, air for tires, some part I need to replace…The service /parts team is always super nice!

I bought my car back after paying for a new engine. The people there said my oil was not low. The general manager was in on it as well as service man. I was in shock, took my car to another Ford place in which they had to repair the head casket and front casket. My oil was very low when they look at it the next day. I was lied to by that company!!!

In August of 2022, via the dealership's website, I scheduled a routine oil change. The dealership website, at that time, offered shuttle/transportation service while your vehicle is being serviced. I took my car in for the scheduled maintenance to discover that they no longer offered this shuttle service even though it appears on their website. A few days ago I scheduled my next service/oil change appointment for 3:00 today, and noticed that the shuttle service continues to appear on their website. I brought the car in today at the scheduled time and the service attendant explained that I would have to leave the car at the dealership overnight. He went on to explain that any appointments after 2:00, the vehicle has to be left at the dealership over night. There is no information regarding this on the website. I will not be returning to Perry Mazda for service in the future.

Thank you so much to Henry, who helped me obtain a very valuable item that I lost below my seat! I was unable to get it out myself and he was very kind. After digging around for over ten minutes, he was able to get it out! This is the best customer service that I have ever received at a Mazda dealership and it definitely makes me want to return to Perry Mazda for any needs.Thank you Henry, your effort today was much appreciated!

I had no appt and electrical issues on my CX-30, it was rainy and during flu season but Sammy made time, let me tow in without being present, his tech diagnosed and fixed (charged battery, cleared errors) and I'm so thankful for their above and beyond service.

Came here for a service, with and appointment at 9 am. But it took about 2 hours for oil change and rotate tires. Not great service from the people we interacted with.

Don't buy a car here. Purchased a brand new 2022 Mazda3 and discovered scratches all over the vehicle when returning home from dealer. Dealership acknowledged damage and collected veh to repair paint. Veh was returned a few days later and all seemed resolved only to find scratches came back after a couple of hand washes. Dealer waxed the car instead of polishing paint. So now I have a new car that looks like an old car that goes through the automated brush car wash at the gas station. I contacted Mazda Corp for help but they are just as unwilling to help. I will be trading in this nightmare car as soon as possible. From top to bottom the worst car buying experience ever.

Do not attempt to sell or trade in your vehicle here. They offer thousands less than other dealerships. Ps - Mazda’s have terrible resale value, so I do not recommend buying one. This is from experience.

Even though we are off in numbers for the vehicle I was trying to purchase these guys went above and beyond to do what they could to get as close as what I could pay for the vehicle and that is not seen often I appreciate them for there service and there honest prices good job team ?
