“Nice little neighborhood pet supply shop. We get crickets and other feeders for our reptile here. I was glad to find out they offer reptile boarding, as well. Staff are pleasant and friendly.”

“Literally in love. Such a fun, high quality pet store. You'll find items you couldn't even dream of! AND you get to support local. My pup Poppy pics her Cashys Playpen toys over all the others and loves her Barefoot Dreams Bed! Shop owner is so kind and works so hard, she is dedicated to top quality products that are safe and healthy for our pups. I see some reviews about her being on the phone and I just want to point out that she runs this shop on her own, having very few employees and there is so much that goes into it! Her pup greets other dogs with his vocal charm, and his rainbow ball, always down to play! I love this shop and will always support.”

“Ais is the best bather! They do all my dogs and they are not easy dogs to handle, I have friends who take their dogs to Ais as well because they can handle any dog and do an outstanding job.”
“They took great care of my dog on a trip and were accommodating to a vacation based schedule. The prices were pretty reasonable, although charging to feed my dog was a little strange (it’s pet daycare - do you not expect them to eat at all? Why charge a fee per meal if food is provided by the owner?)
Overall though, I had a good experience and would recommend using them. I’d use them again in the future if I was in the area.”

A family owned pet store, not a big box chain. Has the small hometown feeling of a pet store that knows pets and cares about your pets. Has a great selection of traditional dog and cat products from food, toys, etc., has a selection of freshwater fish as well with nice clean tanks. They carry feeder insects for your reptiles as well. Pretty much have everything that you need feed and care for your pet. A great pet store near Cliff Drive in santa barbara.”

“My son and I came to visit during our vacation here. We've never been to anything like this and we love cats. We have two furbabies at home. While i found it relaxing to be around other cats, my son found it difficult to enjoy at first because a lot of the cats were sleeping, and the few that were awake were getting attention from other kids that were there, and then when those kids left, those specific cats also fell asleep. It happens, and he did ask to come again next time. We may try an earlier time instead of the afternoon hours and see if the cats are more awake. Very cute setup tho and there were a variety of toys to choose from to play with the cats. Would highly recommend visiting!”
