“Nice little neighborhood pet supply shop. We get crickets and other feeders for our reptile here. I was glad to find out they offer reptile boarding, as well. Staff are pleasant and friendly.”

“They took great care of my dog on a trip and were accommodating to a vacation based schedule. The prices were pretty reasonable, although charging to feed my dog was a little strange (it’s pet daycare - do you not expect them to eat at all? Why charge a fee per meal if food is provided by the owner?)
Overall though, I had a good experience and would recommend using them. I’d use them again in the future if I was in the area.”

“Ais is the best bather! They do all my dogs and they are not easy dogs to handle, I have friends who take their dogs to Ais as well because they can handle any dog and do an outstanding job.”
“Cashy’s Playpen is simply the best. We stop in every time we visit Montecito for the most high-end selections of toys, leashes, beds, nibbles, and so much more. It is like a luxury boutique for dogs, offering unique, high-quality, and adorable items that we literally cannot find anywhere else. Our dogs now only have Cashy’s items (stuffed toys, leashes/collars/tags are favorites) because we have become accustomed to the very best in doggy accoutrements! From the moment we walk into Cashy’s and are greeted by adorable Cashy himself, inviting us to play “tug” with him and his beach ball, and the friendly and very knowledgeable proprietress Caroline, we feel we’ve walked into a delightful doggy playland and have a hard time not scooping up most everything in sight. I can’t recommend Cashy‘s Playpen more highly. Do visit! I promise your dogs will thank you for it!”

A family owned pet store, not a big box chain. Has the small hometown feeling of a pet store that knows pets and cares about your pets. Has a great selection of traditional dog and cat products from food, toys, etc., has a selection of freshwater fish as well with nice clean tanks. They carry feeder insects for your reptiles as well. Pretty much have everything that you need feed and care for your pet. A great pet store near Cliff Drive in santa barbara.”

“Brought my cat in and he was adored. Rightfully so he is my Mr. Princess after all. Came for wet and dry food and was almost overwhelmed with the amount of choices there were. So many options I’ve never seen before. And the staff was friendly and chatty (in a good way). Currently waiting for the store to open now to go back in to get some catnip for Mr. Princess aka Gizmo(nster) aka Gizmo”

“had such a great experience at Smart & Final today, I honestly left smiling. Ayanna deserves a special shout-out—she was incredibly helpful and kind (and even helped me with my very heavy cat litter, which I truly appreciated!).
Everyone in the store today was fantastic. One of the women working there told me about a special if I signed up on the app, and because of her tip I ended up getting a $12 credit for my next visit—such a nice surprise and I’m so glad she mentioned it.
The whole store had this genuinely positive energy. I got help right away, didn’t have to wait long, and people were actually pleasant and engaged. I even got a great recommendation for cat food for my finicky older cat from another clerk—so helpful.
It honestly made me wonder if the store is under new management because the customer service today was next level. Super grateful… and what a great city we live in. I’ll absolutely be back!”

“My son and I came to visit during our vacation here. We've never been to anything like this and we love cats. We have two furbabies at home. While i found it relaxing to be around other cats, my son found it difficult to enjoy at first because a lot of the cats were sleeping, and the few that were awake were getting attention from other kids that were there, and then when those kids left, those specific cats also fell asleep. It happens, and he did ask to come again next time. We may try an earlier time instead of the afternoon hours and see if the cats are more awake. Very cute setup tho and there were a variety of toys to choose from to play with the cats. Would highly recommend visiting!”
