Best place I've ever lived in SB. Well maintained, friendly, active and creative community with art shows, programs and a good location. There are a variety of homes with the opportunity to put on a new manufactured home with far more amenities than your average condo.

Great place for 55+ seniors to live....clubhouse, art room, library, pool and jacuzzi, golf course and pickleball court AND a workout room. There are many great artists living in this senior community as well.
