Savannah was very helpful in providing all the necessary information that comes along with a membership. Very straightforward and easy process and so far i couldn't be happier with the service. Definitely reccomend.

Willingly charged me for a membership and a place to study when the location was closed and noone was available to answer my call. Further, when I called to dispute a charge, they refused to give me my money back. Horrible company, scammers. Don't fall for it.

I found Ashley at this salon and she's great. I live an hour away and wait to see her for a cut. She does exactly what you ask for which I believe is a real talent. I'm now waiting for this salon to reopen due to Covid19 and look forward to a fresh do by Ashley.

This place isn't the best salon to pick from. I remember when my whole family of four and I went here for a cut only and they gave us the price of $500 DOLLARS. Just because we came for a cut meant that we had to pay more than needed. Also the costumer service wasn't very good since the coworkers seem to just be there and not do anything when we requested to have our hairs cut. The third reason was that they don't clean their salon capes very well. After I had my hair cut, both my sister, brother, and my four year old daughter and I had short specks of hairs that BELONGED TO SOMEONE ELSE which was deliciously sprinkled all over our shoulders and neck which really annoyed me since my daughter was crying in pain due to the EXCESS HAIR SHE DID NOT DESERVE. This place is COMPLETELY TRASH due to the poor costumer service, poor hygiene, and poor deals on hair cuts.

Adam is a rock-star. He should be running all the Regus in this county. I'm a very happy with my virtual office. Thank you. The staff and offices are really nice and professional. 2019 is my year to shine!

Regus is a clean, stylish, well maintained place that allows one to rent office/conference space for professionals on-the-go. Great value for the price. Regus is located at 7 W. Figueroa, near a public parking area and public transportation. The Receptionists are friendly, and courteous. Give them a calln

I called to make an appointment and I told them I had class, they gave me an appointment at 1:30. I went and checked in a few minutes early and reminded them I had class in 45 minutes (2:15). They finished with the person in front of me then forgot I was the 1:30. I reminded them, and reminded them I had class again, they said wait till They clean up. So I waited. Then they left to eat lunch or something in the back. I had to leave because I ran out of time. I stayed till 1:50 waiting with no haircut and I had to leave for class. They did not make any effort whatsoever to accommodate the situation that they said would not be a problem. She knew I was in a hurry and instead of doing her job she hid in the back and waited until I was out of time. LAZY POS. NOT COOL, and NOT OKAY.

I never go to Supercuts because they don't have the best reputation. However, a woman I know told me she goes for blow outs and the price was good. I made an appointment and they informed me that it would cost $60 to do a blowout with a round brush and to use a flat iron it. If I didn't want to use a round brush it would cost mid 50s. This is more than any place in town! I have hair above my shoulders. Crazy! I won't be giving it any stars. I don't recommend going.

First off the stylist who cut my husbands hair was professional and did a good job, but unfortunately leading up to him getting his haircut was very unprofessional and chaotic examples are: we called to put name on the list for 3pm we show up and his name was not on list and had to wait 30 minutes, while waiting another stylist was cutting a gentleman's hair and her daughter or relative was sitting in another chair and the stylist was paying more attention to her child with a conversation and blow dryer in her face, phone was ringing off the hook and no one was answering, an older gentleman walks into the building and starts asking customers for a dollar then proceeds to sit in a chair and stare into space. We do understand and not expecting spa like treatment, but some sort of order and professionalism would be nice. We will not be returning.

When I went earlier in the year and had an appointment but still ended up waiting for over 30 minutes. Thought this was just bad luck so again tried them out earlier this summer. Big mistake. Although very nice, the hairdresser cut my ear really badly while giving me a haircut. It bled everywhere and healed only after about 2 weeks. Although they did comp the haircut, these two experiences have ruined this Supercuts for me. And I know Supercuts are generally hit or miss, but when it comes to quality this Supercuts is just a miss. To be fair though, both haircuts turned out quite nice.

Usually went here when I couldn't afford anything better and I just needed to get the job done. The place is alright, nothing against the staff personally. However, this Supercuts was more like a lottery, some days I walked out okay other days not so much. But hey, it's Supercuts.
