This particular Ross is not managed well. Always a shortage of cashiers, you have to beg them to call for another. Manager never helps out, just stands around watching. Also is rude and dismissive, in the past when I attempted a conversation about an issue I was just brushed off. Lazy and unhelpful basically.
Today was senior discount day and there were two cashiers with a line that zig zagged through the front then all the way to the back of the store. Unbelievable. An hour wait I'd guess. I didn't wait to find out. That was at about 3:00.
I drove across town, found what I wanted, then discovered the line. Waste of my time. I'm really done with this horrible location.

Store looks a lot better but the lines are ridiculously long. I’ve spent 30 minutes minimum waiting to be checked out. They need more cashiers.

Seriously the management at this place is a joke. One cashier. Tweakers stealing everything. Long lines. Pack a lunch you will be here a long time. Second cashier leaves at 830. The line is all the way to the back of the store and they don't care about it. The managers are the worst

Very bad service and apart from that the girls get upset because they ask them ? why they don't serve us as soon as possible and the manager doesn't do anything about it

It's always fun to grab a smoothie at nearby Blenders, and cruise through Ross to check out their latest deals. I only wish they had more cashiers than two, on a weekend. I've had to walkout, and leave my items behind, due to very long lines ?.

Ross used to be a great place for bargains.... but their overall selections have gone downhill, and the prices are not all that great.
