Attending San Marcos was an incredible experience for my siblings and me (Classes of 2014, 2019, and 2023). The teachers' dedication and passion created an engaging, but also comforting and safe learning environment. They went above and beyond to ensure our success and made even the most challenging topics accessible. Their personalized attention and tailored teaching methods helped us grow academically. The extracurricular activities such as sports and clubs offered something for everyone and created a sense of belonging.SM also embraced diversity and created an inclusive community; I made lifelong friends from different backgrounds, expanding my horizons and learning from different perspectives. I'm very grateful to the teachers and staff for their dedication, enthusiasm, and support, especially to my French teacher Mrs. Cummings if you're out there reading this. If you're looking for a school that provides an excellent education while also creating an environment for personal growth and lasting memories, I 110% recommend San Marcos!!

Would not recommend had a bad experience with Jason Fowle as a PE teacher, racist towards my race (mexicans). I decided to update my review and bump it up from 1 star to 3, the reason for this is because although the altercation with the racist teacher (Jason) didn't make my experience very good he was only a bad apple out of the batch, the other teachers were absolutely awesome such as Mr Oftedal from Social studies or Mrs Rocha from Spanish, those teachers rock and I would definitely take them again!

I loved this school. The teachers were all kind and worked hard to help us learn. The campus is beautiful, and the library is amazing. My councilor was superb and helped me succeed. Some may have not had the positive time I did, but I really enjoyed my time there.

My son was smart and kind and used to have friends that were smart and nerdy. Since he's been at San Marcos he's met the wrong kind of friends, and now just recently he's taking drugs, and the school can provide no assistance if you think your child is taking drugs, other than a non mandatory referral to counseling.

I graduated in 1972. Loved it. Learned life long lessons that prepared me for a successful career with Honeywell.
