Mas responsablilidad y seriedad por parte de la clinica, Si yo cancelo con menos de 24 hrs, la clinica me penaliza y me cobra por falta de seriedad para cumplir con mis compromisos cuando una cita es hecha es como un contrato que las dos partes estan comprometidos en cumplir. LO menos que una persona deveria escuchar de la clinica es una disculpa escrita por su falta de seriedad y responsabilidad, Mejorar servicios ??? tomando y aceptando la responsabilidad fisica y moral de ofrecer el mejor cuidado medico.

Horrible customer service and way overpriced. Don't come here. Bought something yesterday. Took it back. Had torn a corner of the box. Manager said he sometimes takes back RXs when people say it doesn't work and takes back packages that look like they weren't opened, but not mine, even though he said he could send it back to the manufacturer. Don't support this pharmacy.

I give a one star specifically for their billing department!! I have had so many issues with them from billing the wrong insurance to not processing payments that were mailed in and now they sent me to collections for a bill that I paid 2 months ago!!! Hopefully the billing manager gets back to me as soon as possible so they don't impact my credit with something I have already paid!! I will say that I LOVE the doctors and the care that is provided but it is such a headache dealing with all the billing issues!

First time in years that I have a sad experience at pesetas radiology . The radiology tech who helped me it was no kind at all. I was already anxious and worry about my own health condition. I had a diagnostic test and at no time she introduced herself or had eye contact with me during the procedure . She assumed I knew what to do. Sadly she treated me like I was an animal ready to get slaughter. I'd like to think she had her own problems going on. However I myself work providing health care to patients in our community and I would never make any patient feel their health is not important to me. She is in the wrong field and is an embarrassment to Sansum clinic radiology
