Honestly I've been here through the hood and bad. Now, what I mean by this: At first it was a horrible, terrible and frustrating experience. Yet I was 18. Impatient, self centered. Years later I found it very efficient for the volume of materiel and their deadlines met here. You do have to wait. That's just how it is. Everyone gets the same service and therefor a little extra time is needed. Since 2001 it has become a very streamlined and user friendly experience. Even now, this fall semester of 2020, completely online; they continue to meet our needs as students here at the bookstore. Top Marks.

The workers were really helpful to me and my daughter. My daughter was very pleased with the service she received while picking up her books. It was a positive experience for both of us while picking up are books. Friendly staff!

Convenient little store with everything you need, including a Starbucks. Honestly a 5 star place to be but the only problem is the ATM sometimes doesn't work and the card readers go out. If you got midterms or any type of nessessity coming up bring like 5$ in cash. That can get you a blue book and a sleeve of scantrons with some cash left to spare on some quick snacks.

Clean, organized, well-stocked. Expensive, but nothing beyond the standard inflated prices of any campus store.

The store itself looks great and has lots of stuff but the help is inconsistent and pricing isn't clearly labeled on some items. I've had good service from some but uninterested and unknowledable from others.

Was told that I could not rent a textbook i needed so I was forced to buy a used copy for $173. Then I was told that they do not buy back that specific textbook when I tried to sell it back to them at the end of the year. What a scam.

SBCC CAMPUS Bookstore is the "living end" in tectbook/art supplies/various appearal/ stickers/backpacks/sundries/HydroFlasks,,,plus hundreds of the unique, amazing, fun things. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful listeners. The pay is more than fair. My advice, even if you do not attend city college, going to see their campus bookstore is a positive experience. If you're looking for gift treasure and how looked other places, try this one! You'll be glad you went!

Great place to visit and pick your textbooks up. The Starbucks inside gives you an added motivator. Just warning you, the prices are a bit expensive if your on a stereotypical college budget.
