“We just remodeled our home, and I was nervous about moving all the furniture back in. We have some heavy pieces and lots of stairs and tight hallways to navigate. These guys did an amazing job getting everything situated -- no dings, no scuffs, no scratches. I got two other bids and Mammoth matched or beat them. When I had a question about the bill the owner himself called me to settle the matter. I've used Mammoth twice now and I highly recommend their services.”

“Excellent facility and staff. I called A-American Self Storage with very specific needs for storing an oversized tool on a tighter budget, and Leslie went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. I had called several other storage facilities earlier on stating the same needs, and they either said to visit the facility to measure out the doorways myself (essentially driving out to their locations for 30 seconds with a tape measure) for the tool, did not call back, or found out the prices promised over the phone actually had hidden charges or promotions weren't actually running even though I was told they were. Save yourself all the driving/trouble and go with A-American Self Storage.
Leslie called me back within the hour, had measured out all the door and pathways to the available locker and along with that, was able to accommodate my budget and give me a straight price before starting the paperwork. As I left the facility after signing, I had a few questions about payment, when payments could start, and if anything could be done to help with pricing. I received a surprise call back an hour later and Leslie had managed to accommodate every last detail of my budgeting needs.
Go here if you need to store anything, their facility is clean, and easily accessible and the staff is competent, helpful and kind.”

Moving is very stressful as it is and I was met with courteous, respectful and happy to help staff. Seriously if wasn't for them I would not have rented and I also got to use a free moving truck! “Im only posting because im seeing some very rude and unnecessary mean comments. Ive had NOTHING BUT POSITIVE EXPERIENCES HERE AT SSS. EXCEPT FOR MY ANNUAL RENTAL INCREASE OF 10% SEEMS HIGH . SOMETIMES THE GATE DOESN'T OPEN until 7:15 .so minimal. Overall i appreciate their hard work and professional interaction.

“Soo much to put... Let's see no access thru a back gate 1 way in and 1 way out, gate code sometimes breaks down which is understandable it happens, very few people who work for this spot are friendly and understanding, (shout out to RAY). Just a heads up the office isn't actually available here so making payments or trying to rent a truck or dolly must be done at the Goleta location, it's a tight squeeze thru the spots the cameras are on point they have very good angles of everything and since I've been here unfortunately I did have a slight interaction with a female (don't know who she was) but she was unfortunately rude and very demanding and kinda nosey she had the stones to open my storage while I'm standing by it and then lay down rules which weren't in the contract I agreed to but I did as she asked just because I'm not one to argue plus according to her it's 24 access but they really don't want you to enter after 8pm or enter before 5am but otherwise price is ok place is very well kept thanks to hard workers like ray and a few others id recommend this spot that's for sure”

He also brought us some coffee while we were waiting for the trailer to be hooked up! I was especially impressed at His sense of humor, commitment, patience and knowledge.
