my husband’s car broke down mid-car wash. While waiting for AAA, They shut down the Car Wash while he was still in it, One of the guys slammed his hood and One guy was trying to help get the car into neutral so we could push it through, but another guy grabbed his arm Angrily and pulled him away. All of the attendants threw their rags into buckets and left us sitting there. We obviously did not intend for our car to break down, and felt badly that there was a car behind us that couldn’t get through on our side, But the attitude was truly Shocking. Beyond disappointing.

Great place to go when you need something in the neighborhood! I go here all the time with my boyfriend and the regular attendants are chill and never rude, always greeting with a smile. There’s a specific employee on the late shift (10-12pm) who likes to be rude and rush my boyfriend and I whenever we go in. Say we’re redeeming a lottery ticket and then buying something with the money. She likes to make snarky comments about hurrying up (we’ve only been looking for a couple of minutes LITERALLY) so that she can do whatever it is that she “needs to do” when I highly doubt that she ever leaves her spot after we exit. Tonight we had an actual conversation and once again, she suggested at us to ”hurry up and choose so that she can use the restroom” with a very snide and tight smile on her face. Time before that she was making unprovoked comments along the lines of, “hurry up and get out so that I can take my lunch.” Once again, everyone else and the market itself is absolutely fine. This specific employee is just snide with no provocation. For me, she makes the store trip inconvenient and she definitely behaves as if she doesn’t value customers or their time/patience.

Always a few cents more than the location near the Ralph's which is a bummer. On the plus side the staff here in the afternoons/evenings are friendly. Easy to get a car wash!

Car wash was one of the worst I’ve ever gotten. Don’t operate a car wash and takes peoples money like that if you can’t do it right!

10:05 pm on a sunday, i lost money on a product in the car wash vending area. i presented my car wash receipt to the gas station cashier who informed me there was nothing he could do to refund my lost money & to "come back tomorrow when the car wash guys are here". needless to say, businesses should refund payments when services are broken. this business does not.

I went to go rinse off my car this past Thursday around 5. I use the car wash services a couple times a week. The one closest to the store has not taken dollar bills for a long time. I went inside to ask for quarters. The guy ( a female was there, too) handed me 3 different dollars. I told him the machine would not accept dollars. He yelled at me saying 'we don't have quarters!". The other employee just stared back. I told them they should know their equipment. This is the rudest treatment I have experienced in several years. I have noticed a lot of turnover in employees here in the past couple of years. All the nice ones are sadly gone.

Got gas from here because I wanted a car wash (heads up they don't do any deals like get 10 cents off If you get a car wash or want to add a car wash for $5 vs $15 if you didn't get gas). When it prompted if I wanted a car wash I said yes but wish they posted the price of it more clearly ( gasoline hose covered the sign that had the price and description of the different washes they had) I opted for the cheap one but somehow it thought I wanted the $15 wash. When I went to get the car wash it didn't work. Apparently when it asked me If I wanted a car wash, it failed to notify me that I wouldn't be able to get the wash that day. The hours of the car wash are until 5pm or so and I was there way later. When I asked if I could get a refund, was informed there was no manager there on duty and I would have to come back tmrw or tell my credit card company to do a charge back. Coming to this gas station was already out of my way so I wasn't happy and came back to get my car wash. The good thing about the wash is that they dont use brushes to clean the car, but the trade off is not being able to clean as well, see the pictures. I hope they consider changing the option of not asking people if they want a car wash after 4:30 so others aren't in the same boat as me.

Not 24 Hours! Not actually 24 hours. Update your hours and stickers on your doors please. Both bathrooms are wide open aswell? Response: No they were not, please view pictures I took. I also checked the entire perimeter of the building. I waited 10 minutes to make sure as well Incase they were using the restroom themselves. And even if the statement is true that means you are not open 24/7 because staff has other responsibilities then keeping the store open.

I love the car wash here! The employees are so nice and do such a great job! You can tell that they care and put effort into their work. The car wash is also a decent price. At first they hand wash and rinse, then you drive into the second part of the wash which is mechanical. It lets you know when to drive forward and when to stop and there is a 90-second dryer to drive through at the end. I keep coming back to this location for the outstanding customer service and price.
