Car wash was horrendous. First, I got the VP wash. It barely sprayed the underside of car. And even thought it did a two pass wash there was still visible sludge on my doors. Next, no drying feature. But why I gave it the lowest score was it scratched my car pretty bad on right side. I informed manager. I did not ask for anything, did not file a claim.I just notified them it did that. And manager did shut it down immediately. But I suggest a different wash. I have been happy with the wash at MESA FUEL Depot on Cliff Drive. Its well priced and has a great drying feature.

They are crooks! I used my credit card at the pump for $50 gas, they took an extra $250 off the card and would not give it back! I called and spoke with the lady who works there and asked for the manager and no one called me back! I am out $250 and $50 for gas and $9 for a car wash. They were unhelpful and rude ! AVOID at all costs!!!

My vehicle was damaged by the Shell Station Car Wash at 3060 State Street on 11-3-22. The Manager, Jairo Siles, claims he cannot/will not help to resolve this issue and the only alternative is filing an insurance claim, which I will do along with legal action. Very disappointing to someone who has been their customer for many years.

I went here a few times in my van and the evening worker was very nice, friendly and talked to me about my van. I got the keys for the bathroom and wow! It was actually clean!!! Looked like new wall board was installed recently and the place looked and smells clean. Very impressed when a gas station can keep their outdoor restroom clean like that!I'll definitely use this station again. Seeing that I travel in my van, I can tell you this is one of the nicer 24 hour gas stations.

The gas is reasonably priced for the area with restrooms available for customers. The car wash did a good job but it does not have a drying feature.
