I was delighted by the customer service I received this morning from Nate and Sofia. Even though they seemed slammed with mobile and drive through orders, Nate took my walk in order with expediency and a smile. They paid personal attention to me and the other guests I saw waiting for their mobile orders, and got me my drink (with all of the customizations correct) much faster than I expected given their rush.

Drive in was slow, but this is not normal for this Starbucks. Mocha was a bit cool as well, but wife's latte was fine.

Mobile order wasn’t ready when arrived. Had to ask barista, and was ready 12 minutes after estimated time on app.

Surprised at the breakfast variety. Tasty!Parking: Not many spots. The drive thru was a bad idea, it causes traffic problems on the street.

I am very disappointed in the manner that I was treated at this Starbucks location. I wish I could give names, but the employees never wear nametags. I have been blatantly disrespected with comments made to me regarding simple things like asking for a straw or to check on my mobile order. I understand that this location gets very busy, but I have never been treated this badly by any other Starbucks in the area!They constantly and often drop food and then proceed to pick up and put it in the oven to cook. All of the order stickers seem to be out of order and as a result, I've watched as many people have to ask for the status of their food/drink and then are snapped at by the employees. I have no idea what is going on at this location, but it is not the same as it used to be. I'm very disappointed and would rather drive the extra time to a different location.

Always closes early & doesn’t put up a sign to let you know so you have still have to wait in line to get out. Supposedly they close at 11, I came at 8:40 & they said they were no longer taking orders.

I ordered a blonde Vanilla latte with oat milk and an extra shot Through the drive-thru. I got someone else's order! I tried to call, but there was no answer!Please check order before handing to customer!

I'm not a coffee drinker (or ever go to Starbucks), but my friend who was in the car with me, is. She got a coffee, and I asked if the gingerbread chai latte had sugar since I'm diabetic. The drive thru girl said there was no sugar. After drinking it, I could taste how sweet it was and went to the website where I found that it had 52 grams of sugar!! More than 2 cans of regular Coke.After calling to complain, the girl that answered the phone just kept repeating that they aren't liable for the nutritional information of their drinks, or whatever that means. Do better Starbucks before you kill someone because you're too lazy or stupid to tell your customers the truth.
