  I received multiple SPAM marketing calls today from Sterling Properties. Each time asking to be removed from their call list. In a close-knit community such as Santa Barbara it is shocking that this type of marketing is used. I will not be using or recommending Sterling Properties simply because of the way they approach new clients and refuse to remove them from SPAM call lists.

  I have bought many houses through the years and worked with many agents in different states. When I moved to Santa Barbara I found Michael Humphrey. Hands down, Michael was the best I have ever worked with. My wife and I were very specific that we wanted to live in the Upper East neighborhood where we were currently renting. Santa Barbara prices where eye opening but we had a budget that we wanted to stick to and Michael had to work within it. Over the next couple of years Michael stuck with us and showed us many, many houses.
