It's a small store and possibly understaffed. On a Tuesday during the market, they're kind of busy and there's not little to no area to lay out the sunglasses under consideration . Unlike some other sunglass huts, as well as other sunglass stores, they don't offer you a basket or a tray to put the ones you may be considering I had questions about the chromatic polarized versus polarized and impact on car head up display. Erik did not know what I was talking about which is OK. I explained it a few times and he seemed a little annoyed, so I got it out onto the phone to make sure I was describing it clearly. I think Corporate should do a better job of empowering and informing their managers. It's important that when you're selling sunglasses that are polarized that will make heads up display on cars not work that they know about that and at least are familiar with that concept. I felt like I had to convince him that this was really a thing! When I asked if he could get more information about this because perhaps their new technology that they are pushing with the chromatic might somehow address this issue. I have no idea and it's a good question Again he said he didn't know and all he would do is call another manager who probably wouldn't know. I was surprised because I thought that he could get a hold of Corporate to get more information and technical support about the products being offered I felt like he was annoyed with the questions. It was a very disappointing experience. I don't think I'll ever go back to the sunglass hut.

Hey there,So, I bought a couple of pairs of glasses from this store, spent a bit over $200 on one for me and one for the wife. They packed it all up real nice in this fancy little bag. Got home, opened it up, and found out one pair had the full deal - case, cleaning cloth, adjustment tool, manual - you name it. But the other pair? Just the glasses in an empty case.So, I reach out to the store, let them know I'm not too happy about it. Their response? They say they can sort it out, but I gotta give them a call.I'm like, why? And I never really got a clear answer.I dropped around $400, expecting some quality stuff and decent service, but all I got was disappointment. Not recommending this store. Who knows how they'd handle a different situation? What if they sold something that could mess with someone's health? No thanks.

Showed up 5 minutes before 1800 hrs and the shop was closed. Online says it closes at 2200 hrs. No business hours are posted on the shop.

Google maps says that they are open. Walked 4 blocks from where I had to park,low and behold they aren't open and no hours posted on the door. Fanfuckingtastic. 8 blocks walked for nothing. Happy Sunday ?

The door was locked when we tried to go in, the lady working rudely unlocked it for us (this was at 2:30pm) I asked if she was on lunch and she ignored me, we would've been happy to come back. We shopped around and were excited about what we found but did not feel at all inclined to buy it from her. The entire time we were shopping around she stood by the door jingling her keys around like she wanted us to go. When we walked out the door, she immediately locked it behind us. Not sure what was going on but overall a super uncomfortable experience.

Love the marvelous options in the brands and the types of frames! Got the cutest up to date Ray-Ban Burbank pair! Great customer service and very helpful signage and setup in the store to be able to find specific brands and sales.

I wanted to take the time to write a review as I had a wonderful customer service experience there. My glasses had stretched and became a bit big/loose for my face (I have gone in to other Sunglass huts and purchased sunglasses but this by far had the best customer service) one of their Associates Devika was so helpful I asked if by chance she could tighten up my glasses as they kept falling off my face and she went out of her way to help and tighten them for me. Very kind of her and I will make sure to come back the next time I need another pair of sunglasses and let my family and friends know (when they ask for a recommendation) about the Sunglass Hut store at this location and how helpful Devika was. Thank you again.
