I have bought HP 200 from this company for the past 10 years. This product is expensive and in the past performed well. This recent application has shiny surfactant lines everywhere. Did not get any assistance from the owner. This was a big job and very expensive. I would not recommend using this company to anyone because of their poor follow up and resolution.

This is a specialty store that was highly recommended to me for my water proofing needs. My experience was so wonderful I had to share. The guys here spent over 1 hour explains my options in how to deal some stair cracks to prevent water leakage below and how to seal it with a waterproof membrane with color. Thank you for your time and patience!!!

The staff were rude and had no idea what they were doing there. They don't know the materials, which are limited in selection, mediocre offerings and extremely overpriced. Avoid.
