Warm smile and helpful hands greeted me .... The girl Malia was so sweet and knew exactly what I was looking for before I even finished explaining it...I think she's a little psychic LOL....anyway.... I was having a super terrible day as it seemed like everything had gone wrong since the morning, so weird, until I walked in there and the light was bright, smiles warm and people caring and upbeat.....thank you for making my day.

Malia is on point!! She was helping me with a new mailbox as another customer walked in. I was sitting in a chair away from the counter so there was no way for the lady to know that Malia was in the middle of creating my account. Malia, without skipping a beat, assists the lady AT THE SAME TIME SHE'S HELPING ME! If there was ever a "2 birds with one stone" killer, it's Malia! Not only Malia but every single time that I have been in that place, and this is going back years, Chris has always been super helpful and FRIENDLY! How can someone be that cheerful and friendly ALL OF THE TIME?!! They set a great example of how people who work with the public should interact! I highly recommend The Mailbox for any and all of their services and Chris is so chill that even if you wanted him to do your grocery shopping across the way, he'd say no prob and do it with a smile! Thanks you two and I'll see you soon!

Eric and his team are fantastic! They offer so many services. There is usually no wait. They make you feel like you are a friend and they are welcome to see you. Can't say enough good things. My only recommendation is that I'd like to see the front door fixed for the mailboxes so we can pick up on the weekends.Janet Barr

The Mailbox is where I go for all my shipping needs. As a personal assistant, I am always mailing items for clients, and Eric makes sure they are mailed out at the best rate and on time. And, personally, I have also shipped many bulky, fragile or hard-to-package items which have required creativity on Eric's part. They have always arrived safe and sound. The Mailbox simplifies my life, and I never need to go to the post office.
