Our home purchase experience with Joe Parker was six star. He has impressed me over and over again with his patience and willingness to find answers and moreover, be there whenever needed. I've bought and sold many houses but never had a smoother and more thoughtful affair than this one with Joe. I highly recommend him for his professional demeanor and his special knowledge of Santa Barbara and environs, not to mention, that he is just a fun guy to be around!

Joe Parker was amazing to work with throughout process of finding the unicorn property of our dreams. After hearing our unique needs, he didn't hesitate - he jumped in and curated a list of properties for us to see when we were visiting from across the country with a limited amount of time to make a decision. Joe knows Santa Barbara real estate - and he shares this knowledge through guidance, stories, shared contacts and more. After selecting our new property, Joe helped us begin to navigate the County permit process by introducing us to the best planners and architects who have extensive experience in getting results, i.e., the coveted permits! He also provided recommendations on painters, HVAC, pest control and others to help us get the basics in order quickly. He is a stand-up person to boot - trustworthy, professional, incredibly nice and available to his clients. I highly recommend working with Joe!

We had to rent our house within a very stressful time framework. We hired Joe to help us find a renter and manage the property. We made the best decision. He was on top of everything, that is, quickly putting together a listing for us, helping us price it rightly, safeguarding the screening process, communicating with the renter, and facilitating the renter’s move to our house. He got everything done at lightning speed. In a matter of 2 days Joe helped us find an amazing renter and secure a rental contract which we needed for our loan application. It was a pleasure to work with Joe. He is commutative, efficient, resourceful, strategic, and easy to get along with. He has very high standards of professionalism and integrity. We are also very fond of him as a person. In fact, he happens to be our neighbor. He is a respected member of our community. Highly recommended!

Joe is a fantastic real estate agent. This is the third sale that I've done with him and his team. He helped through every step of the process-finding the right place, negotiating, inspections, and recommending local companies to use when necessary. If you are looking for two outstanding realtors to sell your home, Jeff Oien and Garrett McCaw from Berkshire Hathaway are the perfect choice. My husband and I needed to sell our Hope Ranch home in Santa Barbara, so from a highly respected recommendation, we chose Jeff and Garrett. Believe me, we could not have been happier with the results. Whether working in tandem or individually, you can't go wrong with these two guys. This was the 5th house we were going to sell after 52 years of marriage, and they were by far the best realtors we have ever used. From the very beginning, their kindness, support, expertise and attention to detail made our experience so much easier than we expected it would be. We were dealing with serious family illnesses at the time, and being sensitive to that, they took us under their wings and went the extra mile to make the whole process as smooth as possible--just like a loving family member would do. Not only did they create a perfect atmosphere and awesome advertising for the sale of our home, they put in endless hours doing physical work such as numerous donation runs to various charities, bringing old paint and toxic materials to UCSB for proper disposal, supplying us with all the packing materials we could possibly need, moving heavy boxes so we wouldn't have to ourselves, touching up our large property to look perfect, and the list goes on and on. They immediately answered all our phone calls, text messages, and emails taking care of endless details that I think most realtors wouldn't touch. In fact, Jeff even went to the hospital to visit my husband who suffered a terrible fall. Now that is going far beyond the call of duty! It only took about a month in a difficult market to sell our home, and Jeff and Garrett were able to negotiate a price we were very happy to receive. We thank our lucky stars for the recommendation that led us to them. Selling a home can be a difficult experience but they managed to make it one that we actually enjoyed going through.

Joe works hard for the seller. He provides resources that one can use to successfully make and close a deal. He is capable and supported our objectives to get the best outcome. He comes across in person just like he appears in the YouTube videos. I would definitely use him again.
