Nate and Amy had a great workout planned and kept the energy and flow moving the whole time. They added some coaching tips on form while encouraging everyone to push themselves. Would definitely recommend.

Titan is an amazing training facility with a great staff and ownership. I train in their group classes and love the individualized attention they are able to give me even in a group setting! I also participated in their healthy eating and fitness challenge earlier this year and am so much happier with my daily lifestyle choices and my level of fitness. I would absolutely recommend Titan to anyone looking to improve their fitness, no matter if you are a beginner to working out or more advanced in your training.

I have been to several gyms in Santa Barbara, but Titan is by far the best. I do the group training workouts where we do heavy lifting and circuit training. I would not be able to push myself this much on my own. I feel like I also receive enough individualized attention in this small group setting. Highly recommend!

I have been training at Titans for several years attending both the small group sessions (it's amazing how good of a workout I can get in just 30-45 minutes!) in the off season and 1-hour training sessions to prepare for international races. Matt and Sara are knowledgable, professional, and friendly!

My daughter started going to Titans between indoor and beach volleyball seasons and it really helped her game by improving both her strength and agility. I now go to their small group classes and love the varied workouts.

I'm a super fan of the 30 and 45 min. rotation workouts that focus on strength, mobility etc. Today's Saturday morning class got my weekend started with a healthy boost of energy!

Titan Sports Performance is a great gym! I appreciate that the professional trainers can work with any fitness level and support a variety of fitness-related goals, including sports training, nutritional health, or just the general goal of getting stronger and feeling better. You do not have to be an elite athlete or an experienced gym-goer to feel welcome here.
