“I found myself in a bit of a pickle when vacationing and Santa Barbara and my last night there my drivetrain malfunction morning came on and my BMW 6 series. I was 2 and 1/2 hours from home and unsure who I could trust. I read so many reviews and decided to call Haik's first thing the next morning. I was worried when I had to leave a message that no one would get back to me, but shortly thereafter Haik himself called me back, and not only was very helpful but was very empathetic! He fit my car in the same day and was willing to talk with my extended warranty company. I had to leave my car due to the extent of the problem in my partner had to be at work the next day. Haik was very informative. He explained the problem well and also clearly has a passion for his work! I was able to travel back to Santa Barbara within a few days to pick up my car and I'm very pleased with the quality of the work and service there!”
