“I love this company! I rented equipment and ended up needing to cancel my reservation after paying the rental fee and deposit. I left my reservation in limbo as I was hoping to reschedule the work, but didn't do so in a timely way. They reached out to me about how to proceed and went ahead and refunded my credit card in full. Basically, I was negligent and they were awesome. I will be back!”

“Josh was so helpful and made it really easy to rent a trailer! I was nervous about driving it, but he walked me through it and even hooked the trailer up for me. The whole transaction only took a moment. We even had some small talk, he was really pleasant. He didn't seem judgemental at all that i didn't know which hitch was 2 inches 🤣
There was a lady working there when I returned the trailer, and she was fast and very chill. She disconnected the trailer and off I went!

“Soo much to put... Let's see no access thru a back gate 1 way in and 1 way out, gate code sometimes breaks down which is understandable it happens, very few people who work for this spot are friendly and understanding, (shout out to RAY). Just a heads up the office isn't actually available here so making payments or trying to rent a truck or dolly must be done at the Goleta location, it's a tight squeeze thru the spots the cameras are on point they have very good angles of everything and since I've been here unfortunately I did have a slight interaction with a female (don't know who she was) but she was unfortunately rude and very demanding and kinda nosey she had the stones to open my storage while I'm standing by it and then lay down rules which weren't in the contract I agreed to but I did as she asked just because I'm not one to argue plus according to her it's 24 access but they really don't want you to enter after 8pm or enter before 5am but otherwise price is ok place is very well kept thanks to hard workers like ray and a few others id recommend this spot that's for sure”

“Ruben and crew offer absolutely superior customer service. Working in the rain they helped us fix our fuses that weren't working on our truck connection. He also brought us some coffee while we were waiting for the trailer to be hooked up! I was especially impressed at His sense of humor, commitment, patience and knowledge.
