My first time at the Anapamu store. Walk up to the counter, Miguel acknowledges me, I tell him I have 3 things to return to Amazon, HE WALKS AWAY without saying anything, disappears in the next little roomlet behind the P O boxes. So I waited awhile until the other worker was free and told him about Miguel waking away. He asked Miguel what he was doing, and said he's just standing in there! I've never seen anything quite like this! Wish I'd have gotten the name of the respectful and helpful employee.

A hell on Earth! STAY AWAY! YOUR MAIL AND IDENTITY ARE NOT SAFE!I have had to cancel all my credit cards...banking, everything with any ID on it...call all my banking, financial organizations, and all mail. Put a stop and new address on everything...Very timely to do....and costly. I had over $20,000, worth of checks floating around, that I had to stop...and then wait for...When I tired to work work with them, I have been abused, lied to, hung up on, told there was less mail in June for everyone...it is a P.O, issue! Lol, 1 lame excuse after another...totally incompetents and no integrity, none, NO responsibility no apology! Just too bad...do not text us! I still have not uncovered the purpose of this still unfound mail...inside job?Something is not Kosher...I fear identify theft. Where is my 3 month's of mail?Now, I have sent a letter and texts, terminating my contract...they are refusing to send my July mail. I have paid till the end of July...He wants my credit card number! Hello. More number's!I have been with this box for 35 years...It is a new owner...I am becoming suspicious of foul play...If this continues and my contract is not terminated, and acknowledged... and my new mail not forwarded.[ so far it has not been] I will have to a make a police report. More of my time and energy, for disrespectful and deceptive folk.I guess UPS does not do any back ground check on their franchises, or who works in the store.I have sent myself two letter's with their address...Gone! Not found...probably all my mail goes into trash if it has no value for them...It is not forwarded, not returned. What is going on? I am frustrated, and disgusted, they do not respond with a solution only with what I should do, don't text a number that the owner gave me...Send a credit card number for what?Any decent human being, would apologize send the mail, in overnight a Fed Ex, and accept my termination humbly... Do not use this P.O. box...He has an attitude as if am the problem... a 35 year amicable costumer...

Update** so I thought I'd give them another chance. Thought they might be having an off day and I should give them the benefit of the doubt. No one in line so I waited my turn to be called app for about five minutes tried to be extremely pleasant as I could see she was already agitated. Didn't get much better. They clearly do not want to work there. Definitely not using this store again. Another time I wish I could give negative stars! Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Four, literally four people standing behind the desk only one is working the rest are watching her and there is a line out the door at least 10 people. Waited 30 minutes still had five people in front of me. Could not do it any longer. Will never return to the store. Management get a clue! And he might tell them to brush their hair and take a shower they looked like a bunch of degenerates

For mailbox members: This place loses packages left and right. The drivers will always mark as delivered, so good luck getting your refunds for the things you never received. The staff will not help you get your refunds either, so use at your own risk. Don't blame them, though, they're just following the rules.

My experience with live scan was subpar and the application was not processed accurately. The staff was friendly but also confusing and didn't give me confidence that they truly knew what they were doing. I found another place and it was a totally different experience, fast, clear, and a successful submittal. Go elsewhere for fingerprinting.

Not lucky at all. They charged me $98 dolars for an overnight service, offered me to pack the item and after all, never packed and left it over there. When I got to the store, I got a rude hispanic chubby lady with a nasty actitude, sayin she couldn’t help me and couldn’t refund me. Then she called her manager and argumented I was yelling at her. I lost a client because their horrible costumer service, so they lost a client too. Never going back!!

We've been using the UPS Store on Anapamu for over a decade. Service is reliably stellar. They are consistently efficient and careful with our packages. Corinne and Chris lead an extraordinary team. Throughout crazy past few years with covid closures, the team at the UPS Store remained kind and efficient despite the many stresses thrown at them. Even during holidays, this team is exemplary. No matter how overwhelming the moment, we've always been so impressed by the team at the UPS Store. They are our first stop for shipping, always.

Needed resumes printed. Walked in, emailed it while I waited in line, walked up to the front and the solo person there was so helpful and FAST! She was alone and handling a lot of customers and was crushing it! Did not get her name but she had a tattoo that said Elias on her arm. Just wanted to say thanks for the efficiency and your hard work is recognized and appreciated.

This location is not only friendly and courteous, but associate Nancy and Hugo were so helpful with some boxes I needed sent out. They tag teamed our pack job by boxing and taping while typing everything up all at once! I was amazed at their service. In the mean time the manager Corinne performed notary services and I was astounded by how not only how fast she completed them but had the best attitude during the entire transaction (I had ten notaries I felt terrible for her hand). I highly recommend this location, I constantly use their print, shipping, notary, and especially their expert packing services. Ive never seen a more professional UPS staff in all of California. I highly.. Highly recommend. Also, your very lucky if you get to meet chris who is an amazing store owner and helps me with the most difficult print and scan jobs ever. Thank you Anapamu Team!!!

I recommend printing return labels on your own printer at home if you have one!! It will save you $3 as they have a $2 print service fee plus a some change for each page. The staff here is friendly! I have used their services a handful of times. Usually when I visit there is a long line, but last time I was there I noticed the line was long because the customer at the front kept loading a new QR code for about a dozen packages! I was also doing an amazon return and saved photos of my QR code as screen shots, so I don't understand why previous reviews are blaming the long line on the business... when it isn't their fault that some customers come in not ready. Back in November (maybe December can't remember it was 4 months ago) I witnessed a customer yelling at the ladies behind the counter about the line and they still maintained their positivity when they helped me immediately after! I just went in a few days ago and they are still helpful and kind for a fast paced location. I also love how close this ups store is to other stores so I can run all my errands, very convenient.
