The post office has one job- deliver and track packages. This office fails at both. They’re terrible at updating the location of a package, often clueless staff. Even if it’s labeled ready for pickup, it won’t be! They regularly have NO IDEA where your package is. I HATE this is my local PO and packages end up here whether I like it or not.

One of the guys at the window really seems to hate customers or his job or both. I'm sympathetic to a point, but he's consistently and smugly unhelpful no matter what your post office errand entails. You get the impression he might not tell you if there were a cheaper or faster option available. For this reason, I try to avoid this post office when possible.

Had a great experience mailing a package from San Roque P O. Ryan was very pleasant and helped me save almost 50% of shipping cost by having me repackage in a priority box and supplied scissors and tape. He was very calm patient and helpful, I really appreciate you Ryan!

I have had a P.O. Box here for 30+ years. I pay for a P.O. Box the doors open at 7am but they will NOT give me my package till 10am!! The associate actually took time out to tell me this! She could have given me the package and been done with it! Instead we are here on YELP for crappy service!

Worst service ever. I sent two Priority Express Mails but they lost their tracking. Even after 5 days, the mails were just sitting at Santa Barbara Distribution Center. The Supervisor seemed knowing nothing about it other than telling me what I can just track from home. I was surprised to see such lack of liability with Priority Express service. Seemed like they don't care about missing packages. Other than giving some information on refund, I did not get any help about my package as when they may go to destination. My packages had important immigration documents and USPS made a total disaster to the submission. Also their refund policy is strange. You can get refund only after they are delivered where the delivery with USPS Express can take forever or get lost which you never know and also they do not know.

Okay so here's the scoop on this USPS site, go during non peak hours and have some patience! I always have a pleasant experience with the staff and the post office itself is clean.

They lost one of my packages then haven’t been putting slips for other packages I’ve been getting in my box. Also the zip code on google is apparently wrong so make sure you get the right one from them since it isn’t posted anywhere online.Parking is absolutely atrocious since the lot is shared with numerous other businesses.After losing my package they said they’d call me later that day with an update. By the time three days had passed I hadn’t heard anything. After returning, they had lost all of the information I had given them about the package as well.The USPS is such a terribly run business if they weren’t a part of the Federal government they would’ve gone under years ago.

We needed to get a letter certified as it was a legal matter. We had been struggling to get there on time because of work but we made it before they closed.There were two people behind the counters. One was assisting a customer and the other one was closing his register. When the person in front of us left, the second teller told us that they could not do a certified letter because there were only two people? What does this mean? You can no longer serve me because it takes more than two people to close the post office? You need to serve me AND THE ENTIRE PUBLIC until you are no longer open! You are open because you have two tellers there and both windows open.You sent us over to a machine that would not accept our credit card, gave us a lot of trouble, and in the end we were unable to mail this letter because of your LAZINESS. This is completely and utterly unacceptable. A total disgrace to all government agencies!

Zero stars. Worthless post office. Might as well shut it down. How is an indoor drop package Bin "out of order" for months? The point of a prepaid label is that you can just drop it off and avoid lines. I'll just drive 10 min out of my way to an actual post office with employees that aren't lacking by as many brain cells as the folks that run this place. Who hires these sad people? Parking lot is also a disaster.

I've never had a bad experience with this post office. I find the staff to be very friendly. One of my favorite guys from the Patterson office moved to this location so it's nice to see him again. It's my new go-to location since I now have to work from home. These are tough times so we all need to be patient.
