I first called earlier and talked to Myla; told her I was in town visiting and needed to repair and adjust my Rolex presidential bracelet. One of the pins fallen out. When I arrived, Scott Harwin greeted me promptly, and addressed my dilemma. There was no charge.”
“I came in with an old fossil watch that had been broken for over a decade. He warned me that it might be a lost cause, but offered to try. It was unable to be repaired, and he refused to let me pay him for the battery replacement.
