I used to live across Fairview from the Fairview branch and then used a branch in Palmdale when I moved there. I kept my WF accounts when I moved to Hawaii because my state contractor payments go there. Wells Fargo has been good in every location I've used them. Maybe their wire fee was slightly higher. There are terrible competing banks in Goleta, Palmdale and Hawaii, and you'd have to be treated badly by those banks to appreciate that Wells Fargo is actually a pretty good bank. It's all relative.

Just coming back on here to warn people yet again do not go to this branch without planning to spend a minimum of 20-30 minutes waiting in line, you can almost always expect the line to be all the way to the door

There is absolutely no reason why a customer should have to wait 30 minutes in line to make a simple transaction. The employees are ok but the management at this branch is horrendous. Grossly understaffed. Avoid

Money was never returned to my account after returning a purchase from a merchant. Filed a claim and provided return receipts only to have my claim be denied. This bank is bad. Will be closing my account and going to Chase.

I use this location to cash checks, every time it’s a 20+ person line all the way to the door.

Didn't Wells Fargo create a boat load of fake accounts to boast tax incentives like 12 years ago?

They’ve really gone down hill at this location. Hope Wells Fargo corporate sees this and reevaluates the staff and procedures at this lagging location.

Wells Fargo, founded in 1852 and somehow stuck in 1852. I’ve had so many issues with this branch, I’ve closed down my Wells Fargo account due to employee negligence and willful ignorance. Multiple times, I had appointments cancelled on the day of, with either little or no notice until I’m at the location. What is the point of having branch phones, if no one ever bothers to pick up? The banker associates just stand around talking to each other, while ignoring walk in employees. My grandma has an issue with her account and she made an appointment with a banker. She was seated in the waiting area for 45 minutes with the banker just sitting at his computer and looking around. If there was an award for “Worst Branch of the Year”, this store would be the favorite hands down.

I am so upset with this branch. I made an appointment for the weekend, but no one was actually available that day. I was told this was really unusual and scheduled another appointment for the weekend two weeks away. They cancel it AGAIN. They tell me to just use their website to open a joint account, but then the website tells me I HAVE to go in person. I'm never going to this place again. Terrible service.

Literally the worst. Why is there always a line. Why is there no sense of urgency with the tellers. Can never get out of here in less than 30 min. It takes me 5 min at Chase. I only come here to deposit rent check in my landlords account. It's painful every single month.
