I'm not a 49ers fan but I will say that I really like the store. If anyone gets the chance to be in California and close to the 49ers stadium. Go to the store.

Too many people if you go game day. Go the day before and even after you will have the store to yourself almost. It is overpriced compared to the same or better merchandise sold online or at other retailers. But it's part of the experience if you're in town visiting for a game you gotta go once or twice.

Great store to visit! workers are very friendly and nice, a Salesperson named Justin helped us above and beyond, helping is find sizes and checking stocks in the back. We'd like to come back again as it has exceeded our experience!

Great store if you want Niners gear. They have just about anything that you would ever want. They have jerseys, jackets, T-Shirts, hats, hoodies, window magnets, shot glasses, cups and a host of things that may interest you. You won't be disappointed here if you're a fan of the Niners!!

Dear John Lynch,I don't understand why the hiring managers are hiring young people who are on their phone consistently, instead of trying to help customers. When I asked a few different people for help on the floor, they looked at me pissed off and were very rude. Like as if I'm bugging them to help. The girls continued to flirt and talk to boy employees. You have a bunch of them just standing around and yelling at customers that they are not doing custom jerseys. The custom Jerseys are backed up. SMH, why don't all of you help the person doing them! Management needs to do a restructure on their young employees, who know nothing about customer service. I'm a season ticket holder, and did not get my discount. Now I have to go back there. This is horrible.

Where do I begin? I ordered a custom jersey from the counter and was told it would be ready in a day. After receiving no updates, I called for a status check. To my surprise, they mentioned they didn’t have a receipt for my jersey and were out of large red home jerseys to complete the order.Despite my preference against a white jersey, they assured me they’d find a large red one, promising it would be ready in an hour. I arrived at the specified time, only to find they hadn’t even started it. The representative eventually worked on it, completing it quickly enough, so that part wasn’t a big issue.However, upon following the instructions on the tag at home, I discovered the numbers were falling off before even one use. When I called to express my disappointment, Ian insisted there was supposed to be a care sheet with the jersey, placing the blame on me for the numbers falling off.Despite my disappointment, they reluctantly agreed to remake it. However, this came with the condition that I would need to drive back and wait for the replacement, given their backlog of other jerseys to complete. Overall, a very frustrating experience, and it’s unlikely that I’ll return.
