DON'T DO LIVESCAN HERE!!!The man working the counter was extremely rude. I wish I had read yelp negative reviews before I came.I came here for livescan. The man said it should 99% pass, based on his "experience". He promised that if it doesn't work, "come back" and he would do live scan again without any charge.Even though I noticed that from his computer, my fingerscans got a lot of red alerts due to bad scanning, I chose to trust him.But 2 days later, I got an email from DRE saying that I need "Complete Livescan resubmission and return by email". I revisited here to request a free livescan as he promised. But the man changed his face saying that only if I received a physical notice from DRE instead of email can he do a livecan again for me.I don't care about $69, but it was really a waste of time!

One, it shouldn't take someone 5 minutes to come to the window when the place is totally empty. Two, no way am I going to trust an Amazon return with NO receipt, no scan confirmation, no nothing, and told to just leave it in an open bin. No thanks.

I always have such a great experience here. The owner is such a nice man and I have come here to get UPS packages that were dropped here when UPS does not feel like delivering to the door. I have also come here for Live Scan fingerprinting and he made the experience smooth and efficient. I love going here even though it is out of the way.

The is the 2nd time we’ve use A1 for our passport photos; they are very friendly and polite. Reminds me of the old days when we had something that felt like a neighborly outlet instead of personality-less chains like today. Will continue to go back for shipping items.

Let me say, postal services do not make any money for UPS returns, but this place treated me the nicest. They even printed the label for free. I appreciate this!

My husband just dropped a return package for Zappos here today. He did not need to pay. When he asked to be given a receipt so we keep track, he was asked to PAY for a receipt! This is completely very low customer service. My husband did not have any cash at the moment. The employee said he would send a receipt via phone. I still have to receive that receipt. We will not come back here, for sure. Too bad. We want to support small local businesses in the area. But this is terrible service. Sorry.

This place lost my package, the guy couldn't even look at me in the eyes when stating it and very evasive to any questions and pretty much telling you to contact the mailing service, makes me think he could be taking mail. Do not drop of your mail here.

Came here for a Live Scan fingerprint but the equipments were slow and faulty. They tried to reboot the computer and all sorts of tricks but still failed to submit the results after wasting almost 30 minutes of time.

The man at the front desk was absolutely horrible. Can't take out my ID or do anything without this guy scoffing like he is super annoyed and angry for no reason. Extremely aggressive attitude. He laughed as I walked out to retrieve some papers because apparently, I can't forget anything in my car. I just wanted to get in and out of this place and this guy made something so simple extremely unpleasant. Just go somewhere else I never encountered someone so much of an a****** for no reason at all.
