Not good service. I went to fix my apple watch which is malfunctioning. Asked him help me clear the alarms. There are over 100, he is asking me to clear them manually. Seriously? Feedback to management- these reps need to be trained well at 5 star level not 3 star.

This store has the worst customer service. I was treated as if I stole the products. Told me some bs excuse why they couldn’t accept my return. Did everything but TAP!!!!! zero efforts to help us. Even went to the two managers and still no even thought to TAP MY CARD!!! Told me my cards couldn’t be used because it wasn’t matching. Indian lanky employee who refused to respect my space even when I asked him to step away. I cannot wait to come tomorrow and get their names. Two heavy set Hispanic looking men and their employee who was wearing a turban. I ended up going to Apple at oakridge and within seconds my return was completed. Valley fair is so busy because their employees are not trained correctly.

Earlier this month I discovered this Apple retailer and was immediately struck by the bright, organized layout that felt both modern and welcoming. The subtle lighting and soft background music created a calm environment that made browsing for accessories feel surprisingly relaxing, a pleasant contrast to the usual hustle of tech stores! I left feeling confident in my purchase and appreciative of the thoughtfully designed space

pathetic store apple sucks in regards to the accessories and warranties makin it so hard to replace or repair but when they want to sell me a phone they are ready to do anything for me but when i want repair or replaced they dont car at all make me wait here for soo long that u dont wanna do anything

Had a great experience at the Apple Store in Valley Fair! We went in to repair our iPad since it wasn’t powering on, and the team was extremely helpful from the moment we walked in. After checking the device, they offered us a replacement iPad quick, smooth, and hassle-free.
Since we were already paying for AppleCare, the entire process became even easier and saved us a lot of money. Truly glad we had it!
The staff were professional, friendly, and made sure we understood everything clearly. Overall, a very positive experience definitely recommend their service!. Appointments are always preferred if you are going for a service

Most apple employees are careless about clients knowing what they want. If you are buying they may pay attention to you immediatley but if it is any other matter they don't care. This store is busy but attention to clients is selective

Very frustrating and disappointing experience at this store. Had an appointment, still waited a while to be seen. Technician was nice but unable to diagnose the problem with my AirPods. The AirPods had to be sent for repair or replacement. My daughter (adult) was with me, so I informed the tech that I need her to pick them up since I will be leaving for Mexico and won’t be back until June. The tech confirms my daughter’s name, number, and email.
My daughter receives a call and email to pick up my repaired AirPods. She shows up at the store today to pick them up. They wouldn’t release them to her. The Store Manager is not in the store. The Store Lead gives my daughter an 800 number and tells her to have me call to give her authorization (AGAIN) to pick up my AirPods. I call that number. After being on hold, providing them with all the information, they transfer me… TO THE STORE. What a joke.
Maybe service would have been better if my daughter was there to purchase/add to our inventory of Apple products, although the reviews for this store say otherwise 🤷🏻♀️. We’ve had much better experiences at the Stonestown, San Francisco store.

My iPhone had a charging-port issue and I urgently needed it because my battery was almost dead. I have AppleCare+ and have used it before, so I went to the store to request a replacement or repair — fully covered by my plan.
Upon arriving, the staff showed no interest in helping or understanding my situation. Two employees merely tried to sell me a portable charger. In the end I bought the charger because they simply ignored my request to use my AppleCare+.
I explained I needed the phone to communicate and even navigate home, yet I was ignored while they prioritized customers buying the iPhone 17. I understand the store may have been busy, but a customer who pays AppleCare+ for years deserves basic respect and support.
To make things worse, they called security to stand by me for no reason. It was embarrassing and unnecessary. This is not the first time I’ve been treated poorly in this location — it seems I’m only treated well when I’m buying something, not when I actually need service.
I left frustrated, disrespected and without a solution. Apple should seriously review the training and behaviour of this team, because this service does not match the Apple brand.

I’m a big fan of Apple products, but I had a disappointing experience at this store. While I was checking out the headphones, no one came over to assist me — even though I had a small baby with me and was clearly hoping for some help. Eventually, we decided to look around on our own, and when we were finally ready to make a purchase, we asked one of the customer representatives for assistance. He deliberately directed us to stand in line and wait for someone else to help.
I understand the store can get very busy, but I was surprised by how insensitive and unhelpful some of the staff were during my visit.

I was greeted right away. Brought to a seat with table and the manager came to help get started with my phone repair. Excellent service while very busy.

I always have good experiences here. The staff are kind and dealing with tons of customers. It’s not an easy job but they do a great job of it. Thanks to the fellow who got me my Apple Watch. Absolutely great and kind person. Highly recommend this store it’s especially nice after the remodel.
