As a techie, when friends and family ask me for advice, I recommend that they get their Apple products elsewhere (BestBuy, Target, online..) unless they want to feel like they're at a shady car dealership and deal with high pressure sales tactics to upsell.I was having static noise issues with my AirPods Pro, which I understand is a manufacturing defect affecting those made before Oct 2020 (look up static noise airpods pro). During my recent visit, they identified the issue to be affecting my AirPods but refused to stand behind the quality of their product and offer a replacement. Pretty disappointed..

The asked me to disable theft protection (new feature in ios 17.4) to replace the front screen, which had me waited for 1 hour because of the mandatory disable timer. This is absurd and totally insane.

I bought an airpod pro max after a few months I heard really loud buzz noise that hurt my ears. It is a gift from my family member with carve design. The only solution I got is sent back for repair and if I get a new one, I won't have any customization carvation design. I bought one product but they have product issue, but now I get a different thing.

Worst place… Staff show no respect. The Genius bar assumes that tag genius is meant for them….Zero empathy and no smart work.. I had 2 appointments one at 2:50 and another at 3:30….they couldn’t fulfill my 2:50 appointment but refused to repurpose it for my 3:30 appointment…They don’t low you to check in if you are late by a minute… but they take their own sweet time … they meet you usually 15-30 mins after your appointment . Punctuality is not a one way street… Apple is sure going to fall in it genius bars weight in places like Apple call fair
